Conditions : Both juubito and madara hav access to the complete juubi with all bijuu along with all possible powers at their disposal with no restrictions while toneri is given yin/yang and full chakra from hago.

Kaguya is given all abilities shown from the kaguya/hyuga clans meaning "ash bone forest" along with ash bone finger bullets are in her arsenal , along with god level rotations/full body blow and any other techs shown from these clans.

Would doing that not also drown kaguya herself tho? an if she ports them above they all can fly while obito can possibly sync his kamui with kaguya's tech and proceed to all follow , not to mention with tenseigan chakra mode along with hago's yin/yang chakra toneri should be fast enough to enter himself with considerable ease as naruto did.

OT: Still no counters to Amenominaka and Yomotsu Hirasaka. Or colossal Gudōdama. They get destroyed.
Kaguya can simply touch them and Black Zetsu would take over, paralyzing them and taking their Chakra. Madara as a Juubi Jinchuriki canonically got stomped by BZ. No reason to think he somehow wouldn't now. Same goes for Obito and Toneri, no reason to think they could escape Kaguya's S/T Jutsus and Black Zetsu with Kaguya's backing.
