Hei walks out of the temple with his old friend. After a discussion about future plans for the land of lightning the two have decided to take a break from the politics of the day and enjoy a spar to keep the blood flowing.

Hei bounces up and down and takes a battle stance. Veins protruding along his face just under the eyes as he deep blue eyes' seem to focus and become more define.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

T'challa would say this as he cracked his knuckles. The man's Lightning chakra began coursing along his body however this Lightning was not of the normal variety and would cause it to vibrate intensely as it coated T'challa in a vibrant yellow electrical aura. T'Challa would run forward closing the distance from mid to short-range and further manipulating his Lightning to produce several pillars around Hei.

Description: The user must be a Master Raiton User. With this the user can increase the frequency of his Lightning Chakra and with it, make an object that has more penetrative force then that of a Fuuton technique. Killer Bee's lightning prowess is so great, he can even charge weak but sharp pencil-point to pierce straight through a large tree trunk. As stated by Kisame, Killer Bee is able to do this by increasing the vibration frequency of his lightning chakra to surpass the standard penetrative force of wind-chakra.

(Raiton Chakura Mōdo) - Lightning Chakra Armor

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage. This state can last up to 4 turns.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 3 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x4 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 4 turns.
Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice, during which only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.
Note: Can only be used by the 3rd and 4th Raikages.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

Hei watches as the chakra surges through T'challa's body when suddenly he dashes forward. Hei lunges backward as his momentum lifts from the ground, using his flight to glide backwards. To his surprise, T'challa would stop in his tracks and cause massive segments of earth to rise up around Hei. These segments will then release massive amounts of lighting that deal massive damage.

(Furaito no Jutsu) - Flight Technique

Description: Through the use of their chakra, the user gains the ability of unsupported flight and levitation. The user moves and maneuvers at his running speed. This can be used upon activation as a means of dodging attacks but afterwards cannot be utilized like such.
Note: This can be used by canon Otsutsuki clan bios, canon Otsutsuki noted to have flight, and Juubi Jinchuriki bios.
As the earth segments rise and capture Hei within. T'challa's view of Hei would be lost. It is at the very moment vision is lost that Hei's left eye manifests into a red Rinnegan with 6 tomoe and opens a portal that he escapes into. As the Earth segments finish rising and release the massive amount of chakra within, Hei views the chakra output via his Byakugan, through he earth and can see the showcase of how powerful the technique really was.

Hei would say, nonchalantly as he gives away his new position mid-ranged behind T'challa, flying mid-ranged in the air. His right hand, pressed along his forehead as if to try and get a better view.

( Doujutsu: Rinnegan ) Eye Technique: Samsara Eye

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to a 3 Tomoe Sharingan). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.
Note: Constantly passively active in Nagato and Obito bios
Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for Madara bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Madara bio with Rinnegan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated EMS before and had it active for 1 full turn.
(Yomotsu Hirasaka) - Underworld Slope Hill

Description: The user is able to open rifts within the fabric of space which allows them to instantaneously transport themselves anywhere. Kaguya regularly used this technique to travel between her six dimensions. The openings can also be used to connect two different spatial locations within the same dimension or create a pathway that links two dimensions together. Similar to Kamui, Yomotsu Hirasaka allows the user to utilise these spacial tears to retreat, disorient enemies, ambush attacks, among many other possible tactics. These portals can be used to transport only sections of the user by partially entering them, and they can utilise this method to drag their opponents to another location.
Note: Can only be used by Kaguya and Urashiki Otsutsuki.

T'Challa turned to see Hei had escaped as easily as he expected, he turned and looked up seeing his opponent flying high above him. T'Challa looking into the eyes of his opponent could see the infamous Rinnengan as they made eye contact. That moment was enough as T'Challa transferred his chakra into his opponent's mind subjecting him to a powerful genjutsu.

T'Challa's Lightning chakra surged once again, blackening as it began to take shape into a humongous panther of pure electrical chakra. The Black Panther would quickly pounce on top of Hei as it arced into the sky landing ferociously, as it knocked him towards the ground. However, TChalla had already made his move. Using his Lightning Armor, he'd quickly appear next to Hei and launch a powerful punch to his chest, the Super Vibrating Lightning Armor would pierce through him.

(Raiton: Kuropansa) - Lightning Release: Black Panther Technique

Description: After performing a single hand seal Ram, the user creates a black panther like creature composed of electricity that seems to emanate from the users body. It can be used to attack multiple targets by extending from its body tendrils of lightning to electrocute the targets.
Note: Only useably by Third Raikage or Darui bios.

(Chiratsuki Kaihi/Undō) Flicker Evasion/Movement

Description: Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users (3T, Byakugan and Rinnegan), Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react (that depends on his speed, mastery of taijutsu and techniques used) but rather that he can perceive the attack.

Note: Only useable once per turn by Third and Fourth Raikage bios with their Lightning Chakra Armor active.

T'Challa turned to see Hei had escaped as easily as he expected, he turned and looked up seeing his opponent flying high above him. T'Challa looking into the eyes of his opponent could see the infamous Rinnengan as they made eye contact. That moment was enough as T'Challa transferred his chakra into his opponent's mind subjecting him to a powerful genjutsu.

Description: Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users (3T, Byakugan and Rinnegan), Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react (that depends on his speed, mastery of taijutsu and techniques used) but rather that he can perceive the attack.

As he whips it at Hei's location, Hei would suddenly fade into a haze. This haze will help mask Hei's movement and make a clear line of sight impossible. As he fades into the haze, he uses his flight to assist a jump in mid air. Allowing him to spin and maneuver over the lightning whip and punch forward in a fluid motion, releasing an adaptable whirlwind upon the airborne T'challa. During this time, Hei would also notices his chakra system begin to stabilize.

The mist-like illusion also causes his image to double or triple randomly, making him appear to be a hallucination. It essentially creates the effect of the user's body flickering from side to side across a one-meter area too fast for the eyes to track without the creation of after-images. This isn't to be confused with the user moving back and forth, this effect can solely be attributed to the genjutsu induced by the haze and will occur even if the user is standing still. This throws off techniques which require a clear line of sight or concentration on the user's position. This effect will occur regardless of the opponent's tracking speed. As for the user's techniques, their distorted image will depend on it's state of matter. The plate of Lightning was manipulated to lead the King safely to the ground while avoiding the black smog whirlwind that was released from the mist. As T'Challa looked on as he was being guided downwards back to the ground he could make out tiny after images of his opponent within the haze but realized he could not quite focus on his opponent alluding to something affecting him adversely.

T'Challa jumped to the ground as the disc had brought him within 5m of the ground. He had also brandished his Senryuu, firing a chakra bullet into the plate which was quickly injected with additional chakra. The surge of chakra within the plate forced a transformation upon the Black Lightning which was morphed into a S-rank ( 50 chakra/150 damage) Black Lightning Dragon completely sustained by the injection of chakra that was given unto it. It would shoot towards the mist the dragon being large enough that the mist would not be enough to prevent it from harming Hei as it raced towards him. The King at this time would passively draw on his darker nature, entering the state know as Satsui no Hado or the Surge of Murderous Intent, grantng him access to techniques of the fighting style. As T'Challa's chakra began wafting off of him in a black coating, he had also prepared a barrier to help him keep track of Hei, as he knew the battle would continue to escalate from here.

By whirling the weapon around, the firing pin is able to rotate the barrel allowing it to fire its next bullet. This whirling motion is how the weapon got its name. The weapon has six loading chambers for the user's chakra. When the weapon is fired, it draws upon additional chakra for the firing mechanism building up the force behind the blast and a ring of kanji propels the bullet forward. Due to the force of the blast, the user is only capable of firing one chakra bullet a turn, counting as a move otherwise they would risk recoil damage. The blast is so powerful it is capable of completely neutralizing up to S-rank jutsu (within reason). Although the bullets are powerful, they have no penetrative force, but can still cause significant blunt force trauma if the target were to take a direct hit. Senryuu is a unique weapon due to the fact it can utilize other bullet ninjutsu that's only possible with a firearm. Senryuu's main ability is also derived from its name. After performing the whirling motion to prepare the technique, the user can shoot their own preexisting basic elemental jutsu or surface (naturally occuring) on the field which fills that medium with the chakra from the user's chakra bullet transferring said chakra into the medium. This then causes a dragon to be created out of that medium with the same elemental properties of the jutsu or area shot and counts towards the user's move count. These dragons are equal to S-rank and will last a maximum of two turns, however they are fully sustained by the injection of chakra during the time they are used. While the dragons are in use, the user may not use any additional elemental technique that is of the same chakra nature as the dragon which would follow the strengths and weakness of the respective element.

Description: This is a detection type barrier which is simply a more advanced version of the (Kekkai: Tengai Hojin) - Barrier: Dome Method Formation technique and that can be used to surround an area and allows the user to monitor a certain area covering from the sky to underneath the ground creating a sphere. The user will create a tag with the 許可 (Kyoka) Kanji and place it on the ground, doing the confrontation hand seal afterwards to activate it. After the barrier is erected, the user, if inside it, will be able to detect any enemy inside it, even if he hiding his presence. After that, anyone who enters or leaves the barrier is instantly detected as well as anything that moves inside it. Techniques that mask the users presence are ineffective at avoiding detection as the barrier focuses on movement and displacement of matter, not solely on chakra detection. The barrier can also be moved according to the requirements of the user by moving the tag.

While the dragons are in use, the user may not use any additional elemental technique that is of the same chakra nature as the dragon which would follow the strengths and weakness of the respective element.

Description: This is a detection type barrier which is simply a more advanced version of the (Kekkai: Tengai Hojin) - Barrier: Dome Method Formation technique and that can be used to surround an area and allows the user to monitor a certain area covering from the sky to underneath the ground creating a sphere. The user will create a tag with the 許可 (Kyoka) Kanji and place it on the ground, doing the confrontation hand seal afterwards to activate it. After the barrier is erected, the user, if inside it, will be able to detect any enemy inside it, even if he hiding his presence. After that, anyone who enters or leaves the barrier is instantly detected as well as anything that moves inside it. Techniques that mask the users presence are ineffective at avoiding detection as the barrier focuses on movement and displacement of matter, not solely on chakra detection. The barrier can also be moved according to the requirements of the user by moving the tag.

Description: The user is able to open rifts within the fabric of space which allows them to instantaneously transport themselves anywhere. Kaguya regularly used this technique to travel between her six dimensions. The openings can also be used to connect two different spatial locations within the same dimension or create a pathway that links two dimensions together. Similar to Kamui, Yomotsu Hirasaka allows the user to utilise these spacial tears to retreat, disorient enemies, ambush attacks, among many other possible tactics. These portals can be used to transport only sections of the user by partially entering them, and they can utilise this method to drag their opponents to another location.

Once behind T'challa, Hei would notices a change in him, his chakra began wafting off of him in a black coating. Hei would waste not time, creating a pool of water from beneath the king. As T'challa activates a barrier, the water would erupt out from the ground quickly lifting him into the air, Hei will then shift his hand, causing the pool of water to shoot multiple bullets at T'challa. These bullets forming into a massive dragon, rivaling the size of the one T'challa had just made. This dragon would catch the airborne T'challa in it's mouth and race back to the ground, crushing him under it's own force into the ground. This attacked enhanced with his Devils seal and his own natural senjutsu. Would deal massive damage. That accompanied with Hei's complete mastery of water element, would allow him to form the pool without the need of streaming it though the ground, allowing for a faster form of delivery.

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body with the Kanji for a specific element. The seal can be passively activated in battle and it's activation will restrict the user to a certain element (as well as the one's its comprised of. In exchange for limiting the user to certain element(s), the user's techniques of the remaining elements will gain one rank and in the case of S-Ranks and above they will gain +20 damage. In the case of defensive and supplementary techniques, they will become capable of defending against techniques with 20 more damage points (only applies to S-Ranks and above). This counts as a passive boost rather than an active one due to the nature of the seal. To clearly illustrate the seal's use in battle, if the user restricted themselves to Steel Release, they would still have access to Earth, Fire and any CE combinations of the aforementioned elements (elements that use solely earth, solely fire or Earth and Fire). Alternatively, the user can create the seal in the middle of a battle but this usage can only be used once. This usage is fast enough to be used in the same time-frame as the subsequent technique. Once activated, this technique lasts until canceled.

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion

Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

No doubt T'Challa was preventing the formation of water after seeing the power of the last attack. His devils seal will reside, this as Pitch Black stone forms into a large monkey that rises from the ground between T'challa and Hei. This primate would stand at 30m tall, being massive in size, a deep crimson fire would be interwoven into the creature strengthening it. It would then rush forward, attempting to Kick T'challa and send him flying backwards.

T'Challa would take Senryuu and whirl the weapon in a star shaped fashion before taking aim at the head of the stone money. The force of the blast sent out a chakra bullet with cannon like force so powerful the head of the monkey would be blown apart. and the rest of the massive structure would fall to the ground in a mass of heated rubble. Description: Senryuu is a firearm ninja tool that was developed with a unique firing mechanism that allows its jutsu bullets to be shot with cannon like force traveling to mid range extremely quickly. By whirling the weapon around, the firing pin is able to rotate the barrel allowing it to fire its next bullet. This whirling motion is how the weapon got its name. The weapon has six loading chambers for the user's chakra. When the weapon is fired, it draws upon additional chakra for the firing mechanism building up the force behind the blast and a ring of kanji propels the bullet forward. Due to the force of the blast, the user is only capable of firing one chakra bullet a turn, counting as a move otherwise they would risk recoil damage. The blast is so powerful it is capable of completely neutralizing up to S-rank jutsu (within reason). Although the bullets are powerful, they have no penetrative force, but can still cause significant blunt force trauma if the target were to take a direct hit. Senryuu is a unique weapon due to the fact it can utilize other bullet ninjutsu that's only possible with a firearm. Senryuu's main ability is also derived from its name. After performing the whirling motion to prepare the technique, the user can shoot their own preexisting basic elemental jutsu or surface (naturally occuring) on the field which fills that medium with the chakra from the user's chakra bullet transferring said chakra into the medium. This then causes a dragon to be created out of that medium with the same elemental properties of the jutsu or area shot and counts towards the user's move count. These dragons are equal to S-rank and will last a maximum of two turns, however they are fully sustained by the injection of chakra during the time they are used. T'Challa would be backing away towards long range as he clapped his hands together formulating two seeds of Plasma chakra within his palms. As one of the only people capable of using such a powerful element, he was completely immune to its detrimental effects, after having developed both the body and chakra levels to be able to handle his use of the Plasma Release. The darker nature of Satsui no Hado kept T'Challa from engaging in friendly banter with his opponent. His only goal had become to destroy the opposition.

Description: The user performs this technique by clapping their hands together and using their chakra to mold two small orbs comprised of plasma in the palms of his hands slightly burning themselves in the process (-10 to user). By proceeding to pull his hands away, the plasma floats for a brief moment as one drops burrowing deep into the ground while the other flies off into the sky above the clouds. This plasma then begins to grow at a substantial rate for two turns before becoming usable sources of plasma which the user can utilize in order to perform techniques that require large sources of plasma. Due to the nature of Plasma, once this technique takes full effect at the beginning of the second turn after its use, these sources of plasma can increase the ambient temperature of the battlefield as the underground source begins to imitate a planet's core, while the source in the sky acts like a newly created star. This technique can easily increase temperatures within the battlefield both above and below ground, weakening water-based techniques by 10. By constantly feeding these sources additional chakra, the plasma sources last up to three turns after forming. Plasma techniques utilized from these sources that don't require the prior use of this technique will be granted +10 damage due to less chakra system strain upon the user. Plasma techniques that utilize these sources reduce the duration by a single turn.

This then causes a dragon to be created out of that medium with the same elemental properties of the jutsu or area shot and counts towards the user's move count. These dragons are equal to S-rank and will last a maximum of two turns, however they are fully sustained by the injection of chakra during the time they are used. While the dragons are in use, the user may not use any additional elemental technique that is of the same chakra nature as the dragon which would follow the strengths and weakness of the respective element.
Note:
-Only one dragon may be on the field at a time.
-Only one jutsu bullet per turn, which travels at the speed of the average Lightning jutsu, the chakra bullets can only be used to neutralize up to three S-rank techniques per battle.
-The user must wait two turns between using the dragon technique, this ability may only be used three times per battle.
-Senryuu is also capable of using other bullet ninjutsu.
T'Challa would be backing away towards long range as he clapped his hands together formulating two seeds of Plasma chakra within his palms. As one of the only people capable of using such a powerful element, he was completely immune to its detrimental effects, after having developed both the body and chakra levels to be able to handle his use of the Plasma Release. The darker nature of Satsui no Hado kept T'Challa from engaging in friendly banter with his opponent. His only goal had become to destroy the opposition.

Description: The user performs this technique by clapping their hands together and using their chakra to mold two small orbs comprised of plasma in the palms of his hands slightly burning themselves in the process (-10 to user). By proceeding to pull his hands away, the plasma floats for a brief moment as one drops burrowing deep into the ground while the other flies off into the sky above the clouds. This plasma then begins to grow at a substantial rate for two turns before becoming usable sources of plasma which the user can utilize in order to perform techniques that require large sources of plasma. Due to the nature of Plasma, once this technique takes full effect at the beginning of the second turn after its use, these sources of plasma can increase the ambient temperature of the battlefield as the underground source begins to imitate a planet's core, while the source in the sky acts like a newly created star. This technique can easily increase temperatures within the battlefield both above and below ground, weakening water-based techniques by 10. By constantly feeding these sources additional chakra, the plasma sources last up to three turns after forming. Plasma techniques utilized from these sources that don't require the prior use of this technique will be granted +10 damage due to less chakra system strain upon the user. Plasma techniques that utilize these sources reduce the duration by a single turn.

As T'challa would be retreating backwards to put distance between Hei and himself. Hei would form a quick series of handseals causing multiple arms of earth to be summoned from under T'challa. These arms would reach up, quickly grab his limbs and pulling him back into the ground, not just crushing him into it, but actually pulling him through it. (This would happen before T'challa could make the seeds of plasma.) Hei wouldn't stop there however, after summoning the arms. Hei would then cause the ground around T'challa to heat up.This as it turns into a molten tar around T'challa and smothers him.

Description: The user will focus their chakra while making three handseals. This will heat and convert a targeted area of earth into Tar while using shape manipulation to form small to medium sized constructs of molten Tar for a multitude of uses. These can range from waves, spikes, spears, walls, domes, half-domes and other forms of attack or defense. If needed the user can manipulate chakra forming it within themselves and release this technique as an unshaped bullet of Tar from their mouth. The power of this technique varies dependent on the amount of chakra fueled into it. If a source of Tar is already on the field, the user can use this technique faster and with a single handseal as the need to convert the ground into tar is void. Like all Tar, It is extremely hot and can catch flammable cloth on fire, however it does not effect gas like substances.
Note:
-Can only use S-ranked technique three times per battle.
-Tar remains liquid and hot three turns before cooling down and becoming inactive.
-No S-Rank or above Tar on the turn following the use of the S-Rank variant
-Requires a one turn cool down.
