It's physics 0_0 Seriously. As I said, It's not about the jutsu in this case, it's about physics, if you run, you feel a breeze/some type of wind resistance. If you fall, wind resistance will restrict movement, if you fall while being pushed, it's even more so. but yes, I am done seeing as how you're ignoring it.
