Doflamingo is a very tall (slightly taller than Jugo, who is the tallest Naruto character whose height is known), blond-haired, very lean and muscular man with tan skin who is thin for his height. He generally dresses in flamboyant clothes. In reference to his animal theme, the flamingo, his clothes are brightly colored, with his bright pink feather coat most distinctly of all. Doflamingo sports a pair of curved, thin white sunglasses. He also walks with an odd, bow-legged waddle (though he does not always walk like this), which is also a reference to his animal theme. When he was young, he wore a white shirt with red stripes, a green belt, and orange pants with white stripes. He also wore black dress shoes that are somewhat pointed. He is also seen often, if not always, smiling. After the Third Shinobi World War, Doflamingo's outfit is somewhat less elaborate, wearing a plain, open shirt that has small, dark Jolly Rogers as cufflinks, a different belt, and zebra-striped pants. However, he still wears his trademark sunglasses which have changed from purple to red lenses and dress shoes. He now drapes his feathered coat on his shoulders instead of leaving his arms in the sleeves. Also, he wears a golden hoop earring on each ear.
Doflamingo has a unique laugh, being "Fuffuffuffuffuffuffu", or in characterized English, "Heh heh heh heh". Interestingly, when he laughs his mouth is wide open.
Doflamingo is one of the most arrogant and carefree shinobi in the world. He seems to have a penchant for dramatic phrasing, as well as a habit of exaggerated posing when giving declarations. He also appears to fear nothing and no one, as he openly taunts people with great power levels, sits on the table during important meetings and shows only gleeful interest at the thought of war.
He also has an odd habit of sitting in strange positions, like on the back of chairs, on tables, on barrels, and even on a pile of bodies in the middle of a war zone and on top of a wall. He is also completely calm and cool-headed in most situations; even when attacked with what would be lethal blows, he simply dodged away casually while continuing to have his conversation.
Doflamingo has a complete and utter lack of fear and doubt, going as far as to rob Nobles of their tributes, so he could blackmail the government. He has never been seen looking with any feeling other than amusement by any turn of events regardless of whom they affect. Only on rare occasions does he let go of his trademark smile, such as frowning in annoyance at being summoned to places he does not want to go to, and when a giant man attempted to attack him directly. However, these moments were short-lived, as Doflamingo would usually just grin again.
Doflamingo likes to toy around with his opponents and victims in a sadistic and cruel way and also possesses an extremely bloodthirsty mentality as he brutally punished a gladiator for not shedding any blood for the spectators of his Colosseum fights and casually licked some of the blood from his gladiator victim off his own face. He also believes in the existence of an inherent cruelty in all human beings regardless of personality that is brought by the excitement of seeing blood and death. Also, Doflamingo regards those weaker than him as mere pawns rather than comrades.

Lars is a man with green eyes and blond hair that features fringe bangs with upturned spikes in the back and a topknot in the shape of a crescent moon. He wears a patterned red kimono, decorative white obi, and golden armour adorned with a lion, spiral designs, and clawed gauntlets. His outfit includes golden accessories, including a hair pin, rings fastened to the collar of his kimono, and an accessory on the knot of his obi. The back of his kimono features a stylized "46" design as his clan symbol.

Looks: Afro is a tall slender dark skinned man. His trademark afro has along with his skills as a swordsman has gained him the nickname, Afro Samurai. To go along with his afro, he has chops. Afro wears a very long Number 1 headband that he has fought to gain. The Afro Samurai's outfit consist of an white Japanese shirt, brown baggy pants, sandals, and his sword and wood sheath.
Personality: Afro is very serious and to the point. He also rarely speaks. This is do the the trauma received from watching his father die before his eyes. When fighting, Afro is a stone cold killer that who won't blink twice when killing someone. Although he only fights those who oppose him and his goal. From time to time he takes challenges.
History:Afro was born in the Land of the Iron to a respected Samurai and wife. His mother died giving birth to afro. Afro's life has been plagued with the curse of death that follows the legendary headbands. The number 1 headband promises god like power and can only be challenged by the wearer of the number two headband. As a child, Afro witnessed the curse in action. A man, by the name Justice killed his father for the Number 1 headband in front of him as a child. The day marked when Afro became an Avenger.
Afro acquired and lost the number two headband. He was taken in to an orphanage ran by a swordmaster. At the Orphanage, Afro made a brother like friend named Juno. While at the orphanage, Afro searched for the number two. He traced it back to his swordmaster. Afro broke the master pupil bond and challenged his master to a deathmatch for the Number 2 headband. Their dual was interrupted by the other orphans in training and a band of thugs. The thieves were killed but the lives of Afro's friends were also lost. Afro finished his dual with the Sword Master and obtained the number 2. This day Afro learned that only death follows the headbands.
Have finally got the the Number 2 headband, Afro made his way to Mt. Shumi where Justice was. Along his path, Afro dealed with all those that challenged him including his now ex-friend Juno who bore a grudge against Afro. After a hard fight Afro challenged and killed Justice. Afro's journey was now complete. He had obtained the Number 1 headband and avenged his father.
After months of hiding and fighting of other who wished to acquire the god like power the Number 1. Among those wanting to kill Afro the lives he took on his mission to get the Number 1 headband was Sio. Sio along with her brother Juno ambushed Afro and took his headband. This was bait to lure Afro into a fight with an enhanced clone of his father. Afro again tracked down the Number 2 and defeated him. In doing so, he took an orphan's guardian away from him. Afro became the very thing in inspired to destroy. The samurai made his way to Sio and Juno and defeated those who opposed him. Afro refuse to fight his father is beat within an inch of his life. Soon afro realizes this clone is not his father and kills him. Afro gets his Number 1 headband back. During the fight, the clone killed Juno and Sio. After the fight Afro makes his way back to the Land of the Iron where he meets the orphan, whos guardian he killed for the number 2 headband. Afro hands him the Number 2 headband and awaits his challenge when the boy is ready. Until then Afro develops his skills even more.

Shikaku is appointed the Chief Battle Strategist of the alliance and remains at headquarters with Tsunade, the Fourth Raikage, and the Third Tsuchikage. He advises the Kage on battle tactics and how to mobilise the troops to deal with the White Zetsu Army and the various reincarnated ninja. His repeated usefulness earns the praise of the Raikage. When news of Mū's reincarnation reaches headquarters, Shikaku considers reforming the original Ino–Shika–Chō to deal with him. The Tsuchikage opts to go instead. He soon afterwards devises a strategy to seal Kinkaku that involves the new Ino–Shika–Chō, which he relays to them through Inoichi's telepathic abilities. After they defeat Kinkaku, Shikaku tasks Ino–Shika–Chō with fighting Asuma, believing that, as Asuma's former students, they have the best chance of defeating him without suffering casualties. This proves to be correct.
Headquarters is later informed that the jinchūriki have escaped their confinement. Tsunade and the Raikage leave to confront them, leaving Shikaku in charge during their absence. One of the first challenges he must face is how to deal with the Zetsu that have infiltrated all portions of the Allied forces. Shikaku analyses all he knows of the Zetsu's abilities and the information he came across while preparing for the war to create the perfect response. As Shikaku tries to come up with a counter measure against the infiltrators, Katsuyu asks whether or not they should inform Tsunade and A of what was happening, but Shikaku declines saying that he was put in charge of the situation at headquarters while the Kage tried to stop Naruto and B. After careful consideration, Shikaku realises that the only way to uncover the imposters was to use Naruto's new ability to sense negative emotions through the use of the Nine-Tails' power as well as using his shadow clones to cover a larger area. After hearing this, Mabui says that there is no way A would allow Naruto to participate in the war, although Katsuyu informs them that this might not be entirely impossible due to the Raikage finally allowing Naruto and B to pass. After hearing this, although in disbelief, Shikaku immediately contacts Naruto and B through Inoichi's telepathy and informs them of the immortal army and Madara's Eye of the Moon Plan, he also warns Naruto to not hold back while on the battlefield or try to reason with Madara as he would not be swayed from his plan like Nagato as he was not one that was fuelled by hatred but used it instead.
Later, when Gaara tells Naruto that he hopes his reason for being on the battlefield, Shikaku tells him that might be impossible due to the situation. He then tells them that he would explain as he had decided to leave the explanation until they had finished fighting Mū.
After hearing the progress that the Alliance was making on the battlefield thanks to Naruto, Shikaku exclaims that they had the upper hand on the battlefield and that all that was left was the capture Madara who was heading towards the jinchūriki, by concentrating their remaining forces on attacking him. However, the mild celebration at headquarters is seemingly cut short by Ao's detection of a new presence on the battlefield. However, after hearing that the real Madara Uchiha had appeared on the battlefield, headquarters try to decipher who the masked man really was then. After feeling a huge tremor he asks Inoichi what was going on. Inoichi reports that the Fourth Division was under attack. After confirming that it was definitely Madara's doing, he turns to Tsunade saying that if they continued to lose troops at this rate they'd be in trouble.
As Tsunade prepares to leave headquarters using Mabui's Heavenly Transfer Technique, Shikaku tells her that they should use the Flying Thunder God Technique to mark Katsuyu instead, but Tsunade states that she would just use her Yin seal instead. Remembering this, Shikaku tells her that it was still a big gamble to use Mabui's technique for someone that was very unlucky when it came to gambling but Tsunade tells him that her life was a different story altogether. After the Raikage decides to head to the battlefield as well, Mabui pleads with Shikaku to speak reason to them. However, Shikaku states that things were heating up on the battlefield and it was in fact time for the Commander to head to the front lines. Contacting Genma, he tells him that he should prepare to teleport Mei to Tsunade who was heading to the battlefield.
Assuming the role as leader again at headquarters, Shikaku asks for the status of the other battlefields. After hearing this, he orders them to inform the First, Second, Third and Fifth Divisions to back Naruto and B up as soon as their fights are over. After receiving intelligence from the Ao and the other sensors, in an effort to boost everyone's morale at once and get backup for the men fighting Tobi, Shikaku requests that Inoichi communicate with all the members of the Allied Shinobi Forces and tell them their position.

| Shikaku has two scars on the right side of his face which are probably his most noticeable feature. He has dark hair tied up into a spiky ponytail, dark eyes as well as a goatee. His ears are also pierced. In Part I, Shikaku wore a meshed shirt underneath his flak jacket, a deer skin coat over that and hand guards. In Part II however, he has been seen in the standard Konoha shinobi outfit. Earlier in the anime, Shikaku also has a scar on the left side of his face, however, this scar had been removed since subsequent episodes. | When he was first seen, he was portrayed as a bit of an alcoholic, and, at times, uses some of Shikamaru's catchphrases ("What a drag" in English and "How troublesome" in Japanese). Like his son, he thinks that women should be tender and sweet, but, as his son says, his wife has him "whipped". Also like his son, he is a very intelligent but lazy person, yet he is also quite caring, and is ready to jump into action when needed. Unlike his son, his resolve is much stronger, as even during the most depressing or dangerous of situations, he has been shown to maintain great determination and understanding, as shown from how he has repeatedly helped Shikamaru regain his sense of worth. In battle, Shikaku appears merciless. He had no qualms about choking the Suna shinobi to death, even when one of them was clearly cowering. Like other Nara, Shikaku uses the manipulation of shadows in various ways. Although he has only been seen in combat once, as the head of his respective clan it is assumed that he has mastery of his clan's techniques. It was also revealed that he was amongst the few parents who did not order his son to stay away from Naruto Uzumaki. He instead encouraged Shikamaru to do what he thought was best. Since Shikamaru became a Chūnin, Shikaku has taken a greater interest in his son's training and has started teaching him the clan's more secret techniques. He also spends a great deal of his time tending to the clan's deer. |

After careful consideration, Shikaku realises that the only way to uncover the imposters was to use Naruto's new ability to sense negative emotions through the use of the Nine-Tails' power as well as using his shadow clones to cover a larger area. After hearing this, Mabui says that there is no way A would allow Naruto to participate in the war, although Katsuyu informs them that this might not be entirely impossible due to the Raikage finally allowing Naruto and B to pass. After hearing this, although in disbelief, Shikaku immediately contacts Naruto and B through Inoichi's telepathy and informs them of the immortal army and Madara's Eye of the Moon Plan, he also warns Naruto to not hold back while on the battlefield or try to reason with Madara as he would not be swayed from his plan like Nagato as he was not one that was fuelled by hatred but used it instead.
Later, when Gaara tells Naruto that he hopes his reason for being on the battlefield, Shikaku tells him that might be impossible due to the situation. He then tells them that he would explain as he had decided to leave the explanation until they had finished fighting Mū.
After hearing the progress that the Alliance was making on the battlefield thanks to Naruto, Shikaku exclaims that they had the upper hand on the battlefield and that all that was left was the capture Madara who was heading towards the jinchūriki, by concentrating their remaining forces on attacking him. However, the mild celebration at headquarters is seemingly cut short by Ao's detection of a new presence on the battlefield. However, after hearing that the real Madara Uchiha had appeared on the battlefield, headquarters try to decipher who the masked man really was then. After feeling a huge tremor he asks Inoichi what was going on. Inoichi reports that the Fourth Division was under attack. After confirming that it was definitely Madara's doing, he turns to Tsunade saying that if they continued to lose troops at this rate they'd be in trouble.
As Tsunade prepares to leave headquarters using Mabui's Heavenly Transfer Technique, Shikaku tells her that they should use the Flying Thunder God Technique to mark Katsuyu instead, but Tsunade states that she would just use her Yin seal instead. Remembering this, Shikaku tells her that it was still a big gamble to use Mabui's technique for someone that was very unlucky when it came to gambling but Tsunade tells him that her life was a different story altogether. After the Raikage decides to head to the battlefield as well, Mabui pleads with Shikaku to speak reason to them. However, Shikaku states that things were heating up on the battlefield and it was in fact time for the Commander to head to the front lines. Contacting Genma, he tells him that he should prepare to teleport Mei to Tsunade who was heading to the battlefield.
Assuming the role as leader again at headquarters, Shikaku asks for the status of the other battlefields. After hearing this, he orders them to inform the First, Second, Third and Fifth Divisions to back Naruto and B up as soon as their fights are over. After receiving intelligence from the Ao and the other sensors, in an effort to boost everyone's morale at once and get backup for the men fighting Tobi, Shikaku requests that Inoichi communicate with all the members of the Allied Shinobi Forces and tell them their position.

[td]Shikaku has two scars on the right side of his face which are probably his most noticeable feature. He has dark hair tied up into a spiky ponytail, dark eyes as well as a goatee. His ears are also pierced. In Part I, Shikaku wore a meshed shirt underneath his flak jacket, a deer skin coat over that and hand guards. In Part II however, he has been seen in the standard Konoha shinobi outfit. Earlier in the anime, Shikaku also has a scar on the left side of his face, however, this scar had been removed since subsequent episodes.

[td]When he was first seen, he was portrayed as a bit of an alcoholic, and, at times, uses some of Shikamaru's catchphrases ("What a drag" in English and "How troublesome" in Japanese). Like his son, he thinks that women should be tender and sweet, but, as his son says, his wife has him "whipped". Also like his son, he is a very intelligent but lazy person, yet he is also quite caring, and is ready to jump into action when needed. Unlike his son, his resolve is much stronger, as even during the most depressing or dangerous of situations, he has been shown to maintain great determination and understanding, as shown from how he has repeatedly helped Shikamaru regain his sense of worth. In battle, Shikaku appears merciless. He had no qualms about choking the Suna shinobi to death, even when one of them was clearly cowering.
Like other Nara, Shikaku uses the manipulation of shadows in various ways. Although he has only been seen in combat once, as the head of his respective clan it is assumed that he has mastery of his clan's techniques.
It was also revealed that he was amongst the few parents who did not order his son to stay away from Naruto Uzumaki. He instead encouraged Shikamaru to do what he thought was best.
Since Shikamaru became a Chūnin, Shikaku has taken a greater interest in his son's training and has started teaching him the clan's more secret techniques. He also spends a great deal of his time tending to the clan's deer.[/td]

Shikaku is appointed the Chief Battle Strategist of the alliance and remains at headquarters with Tsunade, the Fourth Raikage, and the Third Tsuchikage. He advises the Kage on battle tactics and how to mobilise the troops to deal with the White Zetsu Army and the various reincarnated ninja. His repeated usefulness earns the praise of the Raikage. When news of Mū's reincarnation reaches headquarters, Shikaku considers reforming the original Ino–Shika–Chō to deal with him. The Tsuchikage opts to go instead. He soon afterwards devises a strategy to seal Kinkaku that involves the new Ino–Shika–Chō, which he relays to them through Inoichi's telepathic abilities. After they defeat Kinkaku, Shikaku tasks Ino–Shika–Chō with fighting Asuma, believing that, as Asuma's former students, they have the best chance of defeating him without suffering casualties. This proves to be correct.
Headquarters is later informed that the jinchūriki have escaped their confinement. Tsunade and the Raikage leave to confront them, leaving Shikaku in charge during their absence. One of the first challenges he must face is how to deal with the Zetsu that have infiltrated all portions of the Allied forces. Shikaku analyses all he knows of the Zetsu's abilities and the information he came across while preparing for the war to create the perfect response. Bermuda is a rather mysterious boy, normally Bermuda is clam and collective but he has shown to be able to snap and let loose. Bermuda has shown to be rather evil and sinister when he snaps but it takes alot to break him. Sometimes Bermuda would just snap for no reason. His personality vaguely is similar to that of Orochimaru's alot have described him by saying he has an ominous aura.

During the academy, Kevin is a thin and scrawny boy with shoulder-length black hair, pale skin and dark brown eyes with black-discolored marks around them. He wore a torn, black t-shirt, black studded arm bands, brown cargo pants, black knee-length shoes, and a padlock necklace which is a spoil from his first crime: stealing a bike and using it to run away to Kumogakure.
After becoming a Genin, Kevin grew into a tall and muscular young man. His eyes now lack the black marks. His normal attire is a tight black T-shirt over a grey long sleeve shirt, blue pants, and black combat shoes. His hair, although still long, is styled into a choppy mullet. Occasionally, he is seen wearing a short sleeved, light blue, oil stained, mechanic's jacket over a white muscular shirt, blue pants, and his black combat shoes.
Personality
When Kevin was 11, he was a criminally insane sociopath, willing to hurt or kill anyone for his own personal gain and/or pleasure. This behavior and mentality stems from being seen and treated as a freak by his peers and family. His selfishness and sociopathic-nature is made apparent when he was once willing to derail a money caravan to steal the money and kill countless passengers on another caravan. Kevin had an extremely negative outlook on life because of the countless hardships and struggles he had, feeling insecure about himself as well as having an incredibly low self-esteem. He had a deep-rooted hatred for other people and society in general, even the innocent as he once said "Nobody's innocent! They just haven't had the chance to make fun of me yet!".
Kevin's outlook changed when he met Hashirhamha, a fellow prisoner in Kumo when Kevin was a prisoner there. Becoming somewhat of a mentor and father-figure to him, Hashirhamha helped greatly improve Kevin's personality. At some time, despite Kevin becoming a con artist and an arms broker, he was more stable, he was somewhat mature but still had a bit of a jock attitude. As time went on and Kevin was accepted by Kumo, who were his most hated enemies and now best friends, his personality and psyche improved greatly to the point that he became a trustworthy and reliable ally. His relationship with his friends further contributed to his mental stability as he once told the Raikage that he was grateful to them for changing his life.
While changing for the better, Kevin still sometimes shows a delinquent side. Though Kevin can still be cynical, insensitive, rude, violent, greedy, and willing to kill; he is a good person at heart and generally doesn't like innocent people getting hurt. While having a more positive outlook on life since meeting Hashirhamha and making friends with Kumo, Kevin still suffers some insecurities.

History
He is a young ninja, maltreated by his parents just like an Uchiha, he learned to draw power from anger and hatred losing his temper easily, during the Orochimaru invasion, he took his chance and attacked his parents when their guards was down successfully killing them although he sustained a few injuries, he immediately fled the village knowing he left too much traces for other ninjas to find him, immediately becoming a stray ninja.

After becoming a Genin, Kevin grew into a tall and muscular young man. His eyes now lack the black marks. His normal attire is a tight black T-shirt over a grey long sleeve shirt, blue pants, and black combat shoes. His hair, although still long, is styled into a choppy mullet. Occasionally, he is seen wearing a short sleeved, light blue, oil stained, mechanic's jacket over a white muscular shirt, blue pants, and his black combat shoes.

When Kevin was 11, he was a criminally insane sociopath, willing to hurt or kill anyone for his own personal gain and/or pleasure. This behavior and mentality stems from being seen and treated as a freak by his peers and family. His selfishness and sociopathic-nature is made apparent when he was once willing to derail a money caravan to steal the money and kill countless passengers on another caravan. Kevin had an extremely negative outlook on life because of the countless hardships and struggles he had, feeling insecure about himself as well as having an incredibly low self-esteem. He had a deep-rooted hatred for other people and society in general, even the innocent as he once said "Nobody's innocent! They just haven't had the chance to make fun of me yet!".
Kevin's outlook changed when he met Hashirhamha, a fellow prisoner in Kumo when Kevin was a prisoner there. Becoming somewhat of a mentor and father-figure to him, Hashirhamha helped greatly improve Kevin's personality. At some time, despite Kevin becoming a con artist and an arms broker, he was more stable, he was somewhat mature but still had a bit of a jock attitude. As time went on and Kevin was accepted by Kumo, who were his most hated enemies and now best friends, his personality and psyche improved greatly to the point that he became a trustworthy and reliable ally. His relationship with his friends further contributed to his mental stability as he once told the Raikage that he was grateful to them for changing his life.
While changing for the better, Kevin still sometimes shows a delinquent side. Though Kevin can still be cynical, insensitive, rude, violent, greedy, and willing to kill; he is a good person at heart and generally doesn't like innocent people getting hurt. While having a more positive outlook on life since meeting Hashirhamha and making friends with Kumo, Kevin still suffers some insecurities.
