Actually, even though I never liked the rep system myself, when I came back to find that others had way more than me, it motivated me to get even more. I think it's all just in a friendly spirited manner and it shouldn't be taken too hard by anyone.

i got a large boost in my rep on Christmas but i still think its entirely unfair to other people and i think that it should be taken away... i think its greedy to think otherwise
there are people who were really striving to get on that top thanked list...
Hiruzen Sarutobi is a great example...
he wrote a great fanfic and earned his place on top thanked and hes been bumped off it now...
so yea...

i know but the thread just appeard in an instant i think he wanted it to be a suprise but i dont care what is rep any way reputation right this reputation system was ruined the moment everyone started sending pms saying rep me rep me and stuff and this became like 1 month and a half ago when neutrioOO or neutrinoO or something like that made that thread about share your rep thing

This feature was only a present from V for Xmas. He saw all the suggestions ppl made here, -there were even suggestions about a secret Santa
eek- and he though of it and it appeared without notice, just like how all nice presents appear. He couldn't possibly notify anyone about that, cause if he did it wouldn't be a surprise anymore.
Now, i don't see why this "gift" should be taken away, still I have to admit that some ppl just exaggerated in an annoying way. They all wanted to become "rep Kages" and they acted silly. No offense anyone, this is just how i see this^^ I reped and thanked ppl too, but just to add some rep not to boost their rep.
What started as a nice present became a rep competition between some members and to win what? just a larger green bar. Instead of appreciating the "gift" they stretched it from every edge.
So don't blame the "system" TC9tails, blame all those who were greedy and just wanted "more more more".
