He not only rivals but surpasses Madara as one of the villians in the climax of the series. That's why the trolls act the way they do. They're Madara fans who cant stand the fact that Obito is better and Madara is one dimensional stubborn and is probably burning in hell a virgin while Obito is getting laid. I can say that I appreciate Obito's evil persona Tobi, and everything crazy he's done at such a young age.
The power he has, the will, and potential is all there.

However, whatever emotional complex he has going on there should stop before hitting the age of 30.

That was just what set him off. He continued to change after that. That convinced him the world was hell but he tortured people and communities behind the scenes in order to reassure himself that the genjutsu world was the only correct way. His mentality in the war arc was more complex then his as a child attacking the leaf.

No, what you don't understand is that's the main reason why he chose to do the things he did (And Madara's control). Everything else as far how he feels and works afterwards is the same cliche slowly realizing my mistakes path.

The infinite tsukyomi was his plan yes, and? People are taking me seriously my OP has multiple likes and I got multiple reps and positive comments. Obito had a lot more going on in his head than just Rin if you look at his history as Tobi and read what he says to Naruto and Kakashi and how he floats in denial you can see how his word view isn't so basic, just because the death of Rin is what caused him to lose hope initially and learn to hate the world doesn't mean he did it all for Rin, the manga actually makes that pretty clear if you read it and I recently read all the viz novels with him unmasked. He's actually quite complex and interesting and I'm not even pulling straws.
