Naruto and sasuke wether they use RSM & Rinnegan or not , are still Rikudou enhanced.

People underrate Toneri too much. Toneri went toe to toe with Rikudou Naruto with full kurama, heck toneri even won a few times.

I understand the tenseigan ruslte alot of jimmies because people hate the fact the byakugan's potential is vast. However toneri would wreck everyone except a handful of shinobi.

Excellent short video you posted, that really shows the power of the two fighting. Anyway the only bad thing is Naruto never used Gudodama which is why people consider Toneri weak.

Although in my opinion Toneri is strong and he wasn't even fully used to Hanabi eyes.
