People underrate Toneri too much. Toneri went toe to toe with Rikudou Naruto with full kurama, heck toneri even won a few times.

I understand the tenseigan ruslte alot of jimmies because people hate the fact the byakugan's potential is vast. However toneri would wreck everyone except a handful of shinobi.

I only hate that the hyuga clan as a whole were backed off after part 1. The byakugan itself is weak if you compare it to the OP sharingan.

If only the hyuga clan had the chance to awake the tenseigan by not using many byakugans, instead, it would be rare for some hyuga members to awaken it like how it happens with the sharingan.
