If the characters are not Naruto or Sasuke they are going to be underated, Kakashi for example is underated, he could do so much more but Kishi doesn't want him to because he is neither Naruto or Sasuke

I agree with the Naruto and Sasuke part, but Kakashi is definately not underrated. Kamui is already pretty OP, now he is able to spam it.

1. There are no excuses in battles of similar aged ninja.

Besides sasuke very earlier in the show Lee has not beaten any significant character, I simply said he needs more feats.

Not that he would of defeated Kimimaro anyways, but still recovering from surgery is definately a valid excuse, especially since he wasn't even capable of using his gates. Kimimaro is a high jonin level ninja, and would of defeated both Lee and Gaara if it wasn't for his illness.

And i agree, he needs more feats. That's why I added a list of power ups I'd like to see Lee obtain, as he's been neglected for most of part II.
