Rock Lee is easily underrated. The fact that we haven't seen much from in part II, people forget what he is capable of. Well, this thread is just to remind you how awesome Konoha's Green Wild Beast can be.

Even if you're not a fan of Rock Lee, you must respect the sheer hard work he endured. Back in the academy days, Rock Lee proved to have no skill in ninjutsu and genjutsu, however, he didn't see this as a sign of weakness. Instead, he focused on what he could do, taijutsu, and perfected it. Mastering the art of taijutsu didn't come easy. It took blood, sweat, and tears to accomplish.
Without further ado, lets take a look at the databook.

Because he has no skills in ninjutsu and genjutsu, of course his total amount isn't going to be great, but that's not important here. Rock Lee nearly perfected all the areas he has skills in, that being taijutsu, speed, and even strength (which is overlooked)
In part I, Rock Lee was no doubt one of the strongest genin, arguably thee strongest.
He easily defeated Sasuke, who was ranked #1 in his class. In fact, Sasukes 2 tomoe sharingan couldn't even keep up with Lee's speed. Base Lee...WITH the weights.

Now, we can not forget that epic moment when Lee dropped the weights.

This is based Lees speed at its peak (As we seen so far) Unfortunately we haven't seen Lee show his speed at this level yet in part II, so we can only assume he put the weights back on. There are only 4-5 shinobi that we have seen that is faster then Lee when he is at his peak. (Overlooked fact)
Rock Lee is so fast, that even Gaaras "Absolute Defense" couldn't keep up. (Absolute meaning Perfect) Gaara has never been injured prior to this fight. (Overlooked fact)
At only the age of 13, Rock Lee, a genin level ninja, was able to open up to 5 of the 8 inner gates.
Rock Lee absolutely pulverized the field by moving while opening 4/5 of the inner gates
During the 2 year time skip, Lee obviously has improved. Unfortunately, we haven't seen much of him, and his prowess.
Here, Rock Lee was able to separate Samahada from Kisame, but this is nothing comparable to the feats he has shown in part I.
In Conclusion, Rock Lee is very underrated. He is imo the strongest of K11 (excluding Naruto), and easily a jonin level ninja. As he is one the fastest ninja shown in the manga, and is capable of one shotting his opponents.
Power ups I would like to see of Lee:
1. Unlocking all 8 gates
2. Morning Peacock
3. Hiradura
