Underestimated Characters

i had to agreed with the people the say neji and hinata. When naruto started the byakugan was one of the favorite of everyone and now almost no one mention it. Neji was one of the strongest and now he is nothing compare to naruto or sasuke. Hinata as not be show up in the manga or the show and only was she show like a page. What happen to rock lee can he now open the 8 gate or become faster. Some people are underestimated the rinnegan if pein has not revive everyone maybe he could use a jutso that could have kill naruto.

Ichiraku ramen dude is the MOST underestimated character in the ENTIRE SERIES EVAAAR.

all u see him do in the back is lift ramen baskets.
when people are out at battle he is lifting ramen baskets.
when it dinner time... he is lifting ramen baskets.
When Pein came and destroyed the village, he was still there in the same exact spot lifting ramen baskets.

all that lifting keeps his right arm extra strong, so strong gravity has no effect on it anymore and has probably moved on to the rest of his body. Ichiraku makes ramen for the strongest cause only they can handle the intensity of his technique.
He just refuses to go into battle because the village doesnt pay him to fight... unfortunately.

The Hyūga clan. Neji use to be real badass in part I, tough and little bit scary in a good way.

The Sannin. Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade.

In particular, I miss Tsunade kicking some ass.

I say Chouji (especially in the last couple of manga chapters), Shino (he's not flashy but still badass) & Sai (what can I say, Anbu at such an early age).

Rock Lee come on all the working out he does has to do something for him in the future and he is a master of tia jutsus.. One day he will surpass his sensi Guy. All he needs is some stupid item that will enhace gis strenght or give him the ability to use some basic jutsus.

Yeah, but those women with the exception of Azula that you mentioned as villains seem like merely *** symbols to me. I dunno about the Talia person you mentioned though. And most of the women in naruto are always b*tchy for some reason. I hope Kishi realizes that not all women act like that.

Yeah, Catowoman is xd Harley was weak, but was strong willed. Kinda something there. Toph and Katara were tough too.

I agree with the Naruto part. Konan, Tsunade are exceptions. Tsunade needs to let her power loose some more.

Talia's a Batman character. Beautiful, but is one of the deadliest characters.

People Forget about Choji.... but if Ino finds out about the seals to break the imperfect world jutsu she could end it all her own. Itruly believe that it is going to take at least 3 people to take down Madara.

lol @ ppl saying Sasuke is underrated. He's one of the main characters in the manga, we see him almost all the time unless Kishi is doing the Naruto story. He also receives free power-ups and techniques to match Naruto's. I don't see how he is underrated.

Choji received a power up during the war so he's good. Ino was also seen in the battlefield as a strong shinobi when she saved chouji's ass couple of times.

Gaara is the leader of the generals in the war ffs. He is not underrated.

Tsunade, although weak in ninjutsu, is unmatched in healing techniques. She is the strongest medical nin. She's still good in hand to hand combat. SHe's not underrated at all. People have to remember that she is not a front line fighter but more of a support ninja.

Edit: Hanzo isn't underrated. He made the Sanins. He was fighting all the powerful nations by himself and his tiny Rain country but he was still known as the strongest ninja of his time. Kabuto couldn't control him even when he made him a puppet tells you something about Hanzo.

Underrated characters are;

KONAN (Although she managed to damage Madara the most out of everyone else and even made him use his Izanagi, she had the least amount of screen time. People tend to think she was the weakest of the Akatsuki because of how little she was in the manga.)
Shino (Never gets any attention, literally)
Tenten (Always the weakling)
Neji
Hinata (She had such an awesome part in the Pain Invasion and I liked what Kishi did with it but she was NEVER mentioned after that. It's almost like she died. Naruto doesn't even remember her confession lol)
Kiba
Lee (He was AWESOME during pre-shippuden, especially his fight with Gaara. Want to see more of that)
Anko
Kimimaro (Really strong character, Kishi needs to give Kimimaro more screen time, he's still not sealed)
Kurenai (Got preggos)
Yamato (One of the best Anbu members, wood element user, got captured easily by Kabuto...)

Kishi also needs to boost the role of Byakugan. Kakashi mentioned that Sharingan is a mutation of Byakugan in pre-shippuden.

Not only do I think the females are underestimated in general, I think that Sai, Sasori, Shino, Kiba, and Lee are underestimated. They were considered awesome at some point, but it's like everyone is staggering in their growth except for Naruto, Sasuke, and Kabuto.

I'm sure there are others, but these three have shown the most growth, and continue to do so. Everyone else is a hit or miss. In some episodes we see awesome things from them, then in the next episode, it's like they have temporary amnesia or something and get kicked around.
