Kakashi should most definatly have died from overuse of his ms.

I think I actually have a logical answer to your second question.

When we see obito using mokuton as a kid he is wearing zetsu like a suit. Zetsu allowed this because obito hadn't recoverd enough to be able to fight with his artificial limbs. So I think the mokuton he used was a product of the zetsu suit not his new limbs.

In conclusion no zetsu suit=no op mokuton spamming for obito.

Why not? The attributes of both modes are based on the seal. Naruto and Minato have the same seal, so the result is nearly the same.
Naruto is better in handling the chakra and he has more abilities, because he's Jinchūriki for so long already. Naruto is more compatible with Kuramas Chakra than Minato.

Further proven by the fact that Hizuren was not brought back with Orochimaru's arms and Tobirama and Hashirama. You should re-read the original Death god summoning in the Hizuren Versus Orochimaru fight. It will give you a better idea.

At first Hizuren did the same thing. The thing is, they are all ultimately bound to the Shibigami through its own links or arms. That's what it severs and uses to devour everything. It doesn't matter what it is at the end of the day, as they all end up in its belly, fighting eternally. Then we have the notion of purification. It doesn't make any sense to me. Then Madara also said that Edos cannot be Jinchurikis.
