The sound four didn't appear in the war so they won't be part of the game. With that said I like your combo's although I think Kabuto should be like this;

Jutsu: Edo Tensei
Ultimate Jutsu: DNA implant combo (the one he used against Itachi)
Tilt: Poison snake bite
Transformation: Sage Mode
Jutsu: White Rage technique
Tilt: Inorganic transmutation

That would be one freaking epic Kabuto

@bolded. Those would be parts of his combos.
and sound 4 can be unlockables after you beat story mode or something.
