You need to have people who compliment each other. Most people just throw a bunch of OP shinobi in there and call it good. These guys are all the original rookies. They know their strengths and weaknesses. Except for maybe Gaara. Was part of their group but they know his techs. And I changed my sensor if you check again.

-genjutsu : they won't easily for it and if they do karin will detect it and break it asap.
-taijutsu : kakashi, oro. Yeah those guys are beasts
Plus close range, mid range, long range, summoning, sealing ( oro seems pretty capable ), intelligence. It'd be a great team

Oro doesnt get much love. He is a sannin, know sage mode and edo tensei plus a lot more of awfully strong jutsus. He's intelligent, fooled Suna and Konoha, was able to evade the whole ninja world while having hideouts around the countries. And he seems to inspire his ''allies'' (sound 5, kabuto etc...)

Yup. He's my favourite villain, and he's actually very strong.
