Captain - Shikaku
Medic - Kabuto
Sensor - Zetsu
Offense - Hidan
Defense - Orochimaru
Shikaku is able to work with combining his powers and cunning with Zetsu clones of himself to fool enemies that they are the real him and
trapping enemies so that Hidan can gather their blood, for example.
Hidan is kinda the best distraction possible so he can work very well with Shikaku.
Kabuto can use genjutsu to further fool the opponent, heal someone injured while being protected by Orochimaru (Rashomon, Manda wirling around them as a snake shield), plus he
is really strong for being a medic nin and can be used for offensive purposes.
Orochimaru's main assignment is defense and ranged snake attacks that also help Shikaku extend his shadows
There's lots to work with but they could handle it. I didn't include the intelligence elite for no reason xd Well, Hidan is an exception but he's just there to be annoying, a meat shield and collect blood
