nope guys ....ulquiorra's abilities far exceeds captains...
ulquiorra's regeneration , superspeed sonido, cero far more powerful than wat urahara can throw from shikai ...
eventhough urahara is intelligent due to lack of enough power he fails against ulquiorra at shikai ...
and now urahara's kido ...as usual a trump card for(apart from bankai which we hav not seen) him anytime ...he has bigger chance of winning with kido.. he can use 60/70 level kido's w/o incantation ...given enough time he would toast ulqi using 90 level kido's ...we hav seen how #7 espada sucked at countering kido ...it means they do not have much idea on how kido works ...all in all it would be a fair battle ...and urahara has upper hand

When Chad asked him to train him with his bankai he told chad that his bankai is not suited for training meaning it could be something with pin point critical damage like sofon's nukes.
