Orphaned at age 3 Tenzo became a wanderer, never straying to far from his familiar surroundings. Until that fateful day when he met Oozora Tenchi' at 6 years old. An old man wandering the lands, Oozora was a kind and gentile man who saw the pain behind Tenzo's eyes and not only befriended, but took Tenzo in as his own. Oozora wanted to help Tenzo remember where he was from, and what had happened so that one day he would be at peace. Oozora began training Tenzo is basic chakra manipulation, but did not have a background in the Ninja way. Instead he trained Tenzo as a monk (as Oozora was the sole survivor of his monastery during the Great Ninja war). Tenzo was pleased and overwhelmed with joy that he had what felt like a parent once again. Some time later, they were attacked by a group of rogue ninja, and being a peaceful person, Oozora tried to bargain with the rogues. Only to die by their hands. Tenzo was also beaten within an inch of his life. When Tenzo finally awoke, he saw Oozora beaten, bloody and lifeless. Tenzo dismayed that there could even be such evil, vowed to avenge his friend, his 'father', despite Oozora's teachings. Not being able to read or write, he knew not where he was or where he was going... He did however know what he had to do...
