I doubt that.
In regards to the topic of discussion... The only (IMO) arrogance Itachi has shown is the arrogance in his ability to do everything alone... which is why he failed. He even admits this.
Thats the only arrogance I believe we can label Itachi with.
This is indeed the only thing that could be seen as arrogance. However even in this case i do not really see it as arrogance, Itachi thought that what he did was right but he later realized that it was not. Does that really mean he's arrogant? In my opinion no as i stated he thought that what he did was right. And even if you could label it as arrogant ( and this is a mere opinion situation so it is allowed) he does admit that he was wrong, that shows that Itachi has learned from his mistake and deals with the consequences.
