Actually I think it is incest, notice that among clans all members, male and female, all bare a certain physical resemblance. All the Uchiha have black hair and similar physical appearance, with Obito referring to Madara as his ancestor.

Same with Uzumaki, all members have red hair, except Naruto because of his father's blond hair.
