Yes even though we havent seen shisui in action he mustve been very speical, going by what we know. He along with itachi was praised as geniuses within a clan of geniuses. His repuation as being the strongest genjutsu user, is enhanced from the fact that he has one of the strongest genjutsu in the series. This shows his intelligence and excellent chakra control. Not to forget he was also well known for his mastery in the body flicker technique, but also his other 2 ms techniques are unknown. Going by what we have seen from the ms and especially one of his ms techniques, ive a good feeling that this alone is enough for him to challenge the top10

yeah i agree that Shusui is really unknown, but rumours said that he was the strongest uchiha in hes era, Sasuke as we have seen, itachi not healthy but hes still very powerful, and EMS Madara... We saw Madara have rinnegan when preforming the meteors not EMS, so i based on what i've seen on the manga.. the EMS susanoo only.

Meanwhile: We have the 7 Swords men, they were known powerful and i bet they all are water users... the location is near a huge river so they have adventage here, They have Kisame aswell, Zabuza, Chojuro and the 4 rest, i have to go with Uchiha also... but i say not with ease... Maybe midd diff or higher... if i removed Madara... think the 7 swordsmen could handle it with high diff
