Background Info.
History: Tsubasa was raised by family of non ninja in Kumo. His father, Sora, was a hunter and a butcher, who hunted for game that he would then butcher up and sell to the citizens of the Hidden Cloud. His mother, Mei, was a simple woman, who treated Tsubasa with care and raised him to the best of her ability. Tsubasa showed promise as a shinobi at an early age, as his father would take him out hunting and he could silently track and kill bears and other animals with a single kunai throw to the brain. Because of this promise, his family decided their son should become a shinobi to protect them and the village. So, when he was able to, Tsubasa was admitted into the Ninja Academy of Kumo, where he finished at the head of his class and was called a prodigy and genius. He quickly and efficiently rose through the ranks, from genin, to chuunin, to s-jounin, to eventually jounin. He completed missions he was assigned, and would sometimes go voyage to areas beyond the cloud because of his restless soul. Although he made close friends and comrades in the academy, he knew that something never felt quite right. Everything was going very casually, until one day, after a journey just past the barriers of the hidden cloud, Tsubasa’s mother revealed to him an astonishing truth that would forever change his life. She revealed that Tsubasa wasn’t born in Kumo, but in Konoha, and not only that, but he was a member of the infamous Uchiha Clan. On top of all this, it was also revealed that he had an Uchiha brother somewhere in the ninja world.
The Story goes that Tsubasa was actually given to his "Parents" by a family from Konoha. Tsubasa’s mother gave him a scroll revealing to him that his parents were high ranking members of Konoha's Uchiha clan, and his parents seperated him and his brother Tsubasa at birth, because they feared of the Uchiha's plans for war would get their children killed. Zeinzu and Tsubasa's father was a member of the Konoha Military Police Force and high-ranking member who knew about the insurrection, so he created a scroll that was given to Tsubasa’s adoptive parents. The scroll told Tsubasa of the Sharingan, who he really was, and of his brother.
Upon learning this news, Tsubasa decided to journey away from Kumo, not as a missing-nin, but in search of his brother and clansmen. He vowed to one-day return to the village that raised him, as a stronger shinobi. Tsubasa met his brother, Zeinzu, in his travels. They parted paths, and he later learned that his brother was a missing nin Jounin, who eventually retired as a ninja. Zeinzu decided to leave behind the difficult life of a warrior, and instead became a fisherman in an anonymous village in the land of water. The two still know each other, and from time to time Tsubasa would travel to the village and visit his brother. Upon traveling, Tsubasa met a powerful and renowned shinobi known as Akiza. Akiza recognized Tsubasa’s Uchiha blood, and his unawkened kekkai genkai, the sharingan. Through a brutal beating, Tsubasa was able to awaken the unique kekkai genkai, and was later treated for his wounds and saved at a nearby hospital. Through his travels, Tsubasa met other powerful shinobi that helped to strengthen him into the shinobi he wished to become. When aimlessly wandering, he met a senpai by the name of Hightimes Howard, who trained him in his lightning affinity until he was able to master it. He also met shinobi known as Wesobi and Fausty, who trained him in the art of suiton, helping him to master the release. His fire release, while incredibly weak at first, grew into a fiery power under the strict tutelage of Oasis. He also has received some training in earth and wind from ~Nemesis~, Nocturnal, and Ruiz, all helping to strengthen him as a shinobi. Tsubasa was thankful to all those who trained him, and reflects on their time spent together when meditating from time to time.
Beyond the elements, Tsubasa sought other methods to help him as a shinobi. He met his Sensei, Gobi Goblettson, who graciously accepted his training requests. He first trained Tsubasa in the art of Genjutsu, teaching the young Uchiha how to manipulate the minds of his enemies. The young shinobi thanked the Sensei, and the 2 parted ways. Gobi later met with Tsubasa again, training him how to fight with hand-to-hand combat, Taijutsu. Later in his journey's he ran across the famous Sensei Crow, who further trainged Tsubasa in the ways of the shringan. Through training, Crow helped Tsubasa awaken the 2nd Tomoe of his sharingan. Tsubasa had grown stronger than he originally thought he could be. He lives day to day, as a humble, experienced, rational shinobi who fights to defend the honor of Kumogakure, the village that raised him. He spends most of his time nowadays in Kumo taking it easy, but from time to time his restless spirit will overcome him and he will again journey on his own accord.

Damage points: 80 (+10 damage to all sword attacks, +10 damage to all lightning techniques)
Description: Shuurai is a chokuto forged deep in the mountains of Kumo by a smith named Sora. Upon creation, it was taken to a high mountain, where it was stuck into the ground as a lightning rod. It took strikes from lightning for several weeks, but kept its form and strength. Because of this, it was infused with the power of the lightning. The blade consists of an eye blinding light, and the blade itself is hot from the lightning, while the hilt is cool and worn. When preparing for battle, the blade will begin to crackle with lightning in anticipation (similar to how samehada will shake and react around large chakra sources). Because it was used as a lightning rod, Shuurai gained the ability to absorb/divert lightning, and can catch and absorb lightning attacks up to S rank. This rai chakra can be absorbed by the blade, or throw back with a swing. When the sword is swung, it releases a lightning wave capable of paralyzing someone, and will do more damage in infused with chakra.(especially ration chakra).
*Note*
-Only Uchiha Jinchuuriki can wield this blade.
-Lightning wave counts as 1 of 3 moves per turn, and is an S rank lightning attack and can only be used twice
-Shuurai can absorb/divert raiton techs up to S rank
