I Think during the fight with hasirama, madara use izanagi to escape from his death, and he took hasirama dna (kekei genkei)=living tisue, and because of that his left eye blind.. then he experiment his body to fuse with hasirama dna and then awaken rinnegan, but it's also make him dyiing... he realize that his body not strong enough to hold hasirama dna and know that uzumaki clan has longlive and good stamina... at least he found nagato and make experiment to combine his dna+hasirama dna in uzumaki blood... he successed and nagato can awaken the rinnegan... but he still dying and what is the solution is = create tobi.

In the death bed he use mokuton jutsu wood clone release to create tobi. and then madara died. tobi is his trump card to revive him later using nagato and make his dream (moon eye plan) come true. If you notice they have similar hair style when kabuto open madara covin in front of tobi... yes... their hair style is similar but tobi wear a mask.

but tobi has teleportation technique, where's this come from???
of couse combining uchiha and senju dna awaken this technique... you know tobi parralel dimension is block of wood, it's combine wood release, earth release and sharingan. may be he use zetsu spore as a way out and in

bassicaly uciha tablet is tutorial to become SO6P, you need senju + uchiha + uzumaki + the beast = Sage of Six Path, but the truth is this just a way to awaken JUUBI.

I think you're right up to Nagato. I think Madara, Tobi, Danzo, and Orochimaru know each other. Madara lived just past the 2nd great ninja war. At that time Orochimaru was doing experiments and got the Senju DNA from Madara and used it on Madara, Tobi, and Danzo. Madara awakened the Rinnegan and gave his eyes to Nagato. Danzo was promised the Hidden Leaf Village, Orochimaru was promised immortality, and Madara would rule the world after his resurrection. I don't know what Tobi was promised. I think Tobi is Madara's apprentice, explaining how Tobi knows about all of the MS techniques, Madara's history and the history of the Sage, Uchiha, and Senju.

Tobi is Uchiha Kagami, which would explain how Tobi knows space-time jutsu (from the 2nd Hokage) and how Orochimaru learned about Edo Tensei (another of the 2nd's jutsu). Kagami would have been an elder during the nine-tails attack and therefore would have known about the birth of Naruto.

tobi's chakra signature is similar or the same as madara's chakra... it's known by itachi, kurama (at konoha disaster), and minato.

of course naruto didn't have uchiha dna, because that's the source of the hatred, basicaly uchiha come from juubi's eye, the source of juubi power (hatred). SO6P want to fix that.... to achieve Piece he finaly found that juubi has soul (heart) that would lead to peace if found by human being (naruto)

Very good dudes i like ur theory but that only thing im alittle unsure of is that tobi is kagami i think hes a zetsu clone but i also dont think hes a real uchiha b/c everytime they show his sharingan its always active like his eyes were implanted!
