After much searching and obtaining all the answers he sought out, Sasuke obtains the Rinnegan along with the truth of what happened to the Uchiha clan. He has forgiven his brother for everything at the cave when they fought against Kabuto, but his life will never be complete. He will always be a broken child, 7 years old crying for his mother and father.
Collecting all the ashes of his lost family including Shisui and Itachi's body, he goes to Naruto and convinces him to pardon Itachi and make sure all Uchiha's needs are met when he performs his last jutsu. He also leaves behind a note requesting that the clan pardon Itachi as he is already paying punishment for his betrayal.
Blind Sasuke performs the ultimate jutsu; the Outer Path, reviving the Uchiha. It takes the users life. Sasuke smiled in happiness for the first time in years. It felt even better then when he killed Danzo, for it takes a lot of work to create life, even though it is a lot easier to destroy it.
Itachi starts to move and realizes his eyes hurt. It feels like someone pluked out his eyes and put them back in. He realizes what had happened. Sasuke gave him back his eyes to perform Outer Path. He remembers what it takes to perform it and is heartbroken and cannot contain his tears. Mikoto and Fugaku are flustered and left crying until Naruto comes in to give them the news. "You have just won" he said. "There was only one casualty. It is Sasuke. He waited years to get enough strength, but he has shown the will of fire by defeating me; the 6th Hokage and former Jinchuriki. You will no longer have to live with the threat of loosing your lives again."
To prevent a war and the loss of his younger brother, Itachi was blackmailed into stopping the Uchiha from doing anything. But it ultimately backfired as Sasuke suffocated without the oxygen of his family and tried to destroy everyone. He found a way to get strong enough to kill the rest of Konoha. Instead of doing that, he brought you back because to him your life is more important then his own. Please fulfill his dying with of forgiving Itachi completely. Even as he is revived, he has the Tsukoyami genjutsu on him of protecting Konoha. The best way we can fulfill that wish is by working together to protect all of Konoha, not just the non-Uchiha.
Uncles, and Aunts, and all the Uchiha lived prosperously and worked well with the new Hokage who fulfilled his promise in keeping them safe, healthy, and strong. They were no longer spied on or in fear of their lives. Naruto and Sakura cry from a distance when no one can see them. Itachi's heart is forever filled with a hole of sadness, but he cannot resent his clan anymore because Sasuke wanted to carry that burden and blame instead. Nothing made Uchiha Sasuke happier.
