The long haired Tobi (Madara) helped Itachi, why would Itachi lie about the masked guy being Madara, the long haired Tobi is the masked guy Itachi was talking about, not to mention his size is huge just like Madara's, Tobi's size is about the same as Itachi's.

well the clan as a hole is ovverrated there are only 5 or six uchihas that are really strong madara his brother shuiusu (spelling) itachi and saskue and tobi if he is one so to kill them all should be that hard for two masters hell itachi was the only living uchiha to have MS the rest were fodder and look at the senju for a second all powerful my ass only one could use wood style so how is that a kg ?? sorry i got off topic but yea itachi and tobi could take out any clan in there sleep tobi has space time jutsu and itachi is boss

No, not at all. I was referring to Itachi not being this "saint" he's been revealed to be. But that would conflict with the "Protect Konoha" command....or maybe it doesn't? Maybe Itachi needed to have the "Protect Konoha" command initiate because his heart really isn't pure and he couldn't do it under his own ambition? By why initiated through Naruto? I think that is the key...

...I think the only thing really real about Itachi is his love for his brother. He could really careless about anything else and he's always been that way. He and Orochimaru have something in common..Orochimaru aligned himself with organizations as a front, while his true purpose was to gain power, whereas Itachi aligned himself with organizations to protect his brother -- his only reason for existence. Basically, they both used powerful organizations to aid their personal agendas -- in case I needed to clarify that.
