Hide and wait for Susanoo to kill him? First of all he can just put down Susanoo while she is hiding so I don't know what made you think this was a viable tactic. Second of all, Susanoo isn't necessary against her.

And that's why Bee is able to resist genjutsu because he has another being inside of him that can release it. Chiyo already stated the perfect way to fight a dojutsu user who posses genjutsu.
