because Nagato would overkill Itachi if he was at full health and was used to his legs thats how:|

i disagree with itachi<nagato because naruto was able to withstand such high amount of chakra when standing infront of nagato...only konan was there to protect nagato if he wud ave attacked....as itachi>konan so itachi wud ave been able to defeat konan n then nagato
as nagato was stuck up there and he was'nt able to move just becoz of his gedo mazo...the sword which itachi showed to kill orochimaru could have done the job....so itachi>nagato
