this character tobi could very well be a split madara or could be someone else entirely like obito or shisui gone bad. obito could have faked his death using genjustu. im not sure what happen to shisu=ui but lets take a quick vote of who can be behind that mask. i say obito! i think he faked his death because hes a coward (kakashi said so)xd
