Logically, since the Rinne-Sharingan allowed Sasuke immunity to IT, and the Rinnegan is an evolution from MS, it'd make sense that the wielder of the Rinne-Sharingan is immune to all Rinnegan, and below (MS & 3T) Genjutsu. So, no, I don't see KA working on Kaguya.

I don't think that's correct.

Even aving the Mangekyo Sharingan doesn't make you immune to KA. The only Mangekyo Sharingan genjutsu ability that can be broken is Tsukuyomi, and even then, breaking it requires the Sharingan and the blood trait Kekkei Genkai of the Uchiha Clan. Manga-wise, Nagato despite having the ultimate evolution of Sharingan cannot break free from Tsukuyomi.

So we do have an MS Genjutsu with genetic limitations, but the Kotoamatsukami doesn't have such limitations. The Sharingan can succumb to KA and so can a Rinnegan user, even a Byakugan user who has no idea of what's going on cannot see through KA. Ao couldn't tell that Mifune was under a genjutsu, but he could see that Danzo's eye had Shisui's chakra in it hence why he figured it out.

As it stands, no one in the entire NV can fight Kotoamatsukami. Having the RinneSharingan doesn't mean she can withstand KA if the MS can fall victim to it and the Rinnegan.

Yeah only momo and kinshiki, the rest had their own power, and you forget hago was the original bearer of the sharingan and single handedly created the sharingan, Indra is also probably stronger than his reincarnates. Kaguya can only be sealed so itachi and the likes mean nothing, and i doubt koto would have an effect since its been stated she can only be sealed, and against the likes of tenseigan hamura and juubi hago they mean nothing.
