Logically, since the Rinne-Sharingan allowed Sasuke immunity to IT, and the Rinnegan is an evolution from MS, it'd make sense that the wielder of the Rinne-Sharingan is immune to all Rinnegan, and below (MS & 3T) Genjutsu. So, no, I don't see KA working on Kaguya.

While they're busy doing that she solos the rest of the uchiha's using Ash Bone including Shisui. Her air palm punches negs any Susanoo and then ash bone and Obito's teleportation is not fast enough to take all of them at once.

Izanami only works on someone who do not accept who they really are. I don't see Kaguya having any regrets for her actions even after being sealed for thousands of years.

Sasuke wasn't immune to IT ... He just dispel the light of IT ... It's similar to closing your eyes when 3T genjutsu is being cast ; you can dispel genjutsu light this way but that doesn't mean you're immune to it .

Clearly an inference amassed from Zetsu's statement. Zetsu specifically credited Sasuke's Rinne-Sharingan for the resistance of IT.

If Sasuke doesn't possess the Rinne-Sharingan, than everything I've stated bar Kaguya (possibly) being immune to Genjutsu below RS aptitude is incorrect. Simple as that.

And Hamura had his Byakugan activated in that fight :

So none JJ Hagoromo + None Tenseigan Hamura >> Kaguya .

Kaguya can go to Lava dimension and kill all of them except Madara , Obito and Sasuke .
Then Kaguya can go to gravity dimension and kill Madara and Obito there (Note that JJ Obito can't use Kamui to save them)
then she goes to the main dimension and I'm sure killing Sasuke isn't hard for her .
