The Sannins, White Fang of Konoha, Kakashi with his MS, Danzo with Shisui's eye, Naruto with sage and kyuubi mode, Gai and Lee with 8 gates, all the big brains of Nara clan, Kushina, Yamato, Asuma, various other Jonin, entire ANBU and Foundation, entire Senju clan, Hyuuga with their Byakugan, and all the other clans... Nagato with rinnegan nearly destroyed konoha, if nagato could destroy konoha with rinnegan then madara with rinnegan, izuna with ms, sasuke with ems, shisui and itachi with ms can do better. If you're talking about current konoha then team uchiha wins but if you're talkin about present and late ninjas in konoha then konoha wins.

Seriously, this is not even a fight, I mean what the hell. I can think of a thousand scenarios and Konoha wins in each one. For example:

Fighters assemble on the battlefield. Danzo uses Shisui's eye on, let's say Sasuke, and commands him to go f**k himself. Sasuke is out. Hashirama isolates Madara from other Uchiha's with help of fellow Konoha-nins and kicks his a$$. Madara is out. Hiruzen and Minato gang up on Itachi. Itachi out. Now all that is left is Shisui who can use his genjutsu once in a decade and Izuna. And dozen of super strong fighters of Konoha. So?
