Whether u like it or not but last chapter and what Tobirama told us is a prof of that! Every person in Uchiha Clan who revieve his Sharingan had some sort of pain which they cannot bare as a normal human being. Thats why, they have their Sharingan. And the pain rise, they loose their ability to reason with. They cant think normal or fare... Could you allow this kind of persons in daylight? Now, in the world we keep those kind of persons in metal hospitals couse they can give harm to themselves or anyone... I think this is what Tobirama was trying to do, give them a freedom with a short leash... I cant blame him...

Theyre not necessarily insane...
Its comparable with a jinchuuriki, if they don't control the beast yet.
The more mentally unstable they get, the more dangerous they become

Uchiha principle is kinda the same, they become mentally unstable they develope a
natural counter measure.

I think the main problem with the uchiha is just, they learn how to achieve stronger powers
and build some kind of addiction to it, thus going in some sort of power wanting trance where
nothing is too much to do it.

My theory though

I'm sorry bro, but it's now fact. it just felt like kishi finally admitted that Uchiha are just sensitive pricks. I like sasuke as a character, it's just he is waaaaay too sensitive. Nobody's hating on the uchiha, they just have a lot of problems.

Like someone said in an earlier post, they get addicted to their powers and become like madara and obito. They're ticking time bombs/loose canons.
