Dude this is not at all what he was talking about. It is a logical implication, but his explanation of why the elder brother had the EMS was based on yin and yang energy.

I must say, I like the EMS theory.

But I also think the swirly design of the Elder son's Rinnegan might be the result of an artistic style Kishi tried to create. He probably wanted to make the images of the two brothers seem ancient. The ancient Egyptians, Minoans, Chinese, etc had their own artistic styles. And most people can recognize that these kind of images are from older times. Kishi probably wanted to create such an effect when he drew those two portraits.

what kind of evidence is that? thats like me saying that naruto learned rasengan after he had kurama sealed in him so he needs kurama to use rasengan. my evidence is that the rinnegan are the sages eyes and the uchiha have what? the sages eyes. the elder son had the rinnegan but no senju dna.
