There's really no proof that's a bijuu because, From mainly all the pictures we've seen with a backround creature and a character, The creature has been shown fully, In a full form, That creature behind sasuke doesn't even look developed, It's got circle eyes, While the Bijuu's have developed eyes and features, This thing just looks like a form that his chakra took. It's just his own hate in a form of its own..

Uchiha can control the Kyuubi with MS.. Not with normal Sharingan. One of the secrets of the MS is controlling the Kyuubi. I'm sure every uchiha didn't have MS.

Not to sound negative but this is why I can never enjoy this manga anymore. Where does it state Sasuke has ever had a tailed beast within him?

It doesn't state on the manga that Sasuke wants to have or not, but what inside Sasuke's chakra has a Biju-like. It is definitely will come out if Sasuke wants to continue his cold-blooded chakra level into dark-level chakra.

Seriously, settler are you serious? This whole manga Kishi has his characters comment on Sasuke's revenge, how it is already and how it will continue to consume him and you interpret this shadow figure as bijuu chakra?

I couldn't possibly see it another way unless Kishi blatantly states that it is in fact bijuu chakra. And just because it looks scary doesn't mean the chakra is even on bijuu level. Hell not even all bijuu have dark chakra as we've seen with the 8 tailed host.
