YOU COULD START BY HELPING OUT UCR AND BY ASKING NEW UCHIHAS AND SHARINGAN USERS TO JOIN UCR AN BY STICKING UP FOR UR TEAMMATED AND PARTICIPATING IN OUR PARTIES AND EVENTS AND MAYBE STARTING THEM.
