Two minor suggestions I had in mind, nothing huge, so I thought I might as well squeeze it into one thread.
1 - Regularly clearing the PM Space of the NarutoBase Bot/Increasing the quota.
When a member receives an infraction, he will receive a PM alongside of it elaborating on the infraction, explaining the reason for it, the severity, etc. The quote below is a part of the PM received.
Obviously, in most cases the infraction will always be justified. But of course, the moderators on this site are only human, and that being the case, mistakes are bound to happen once in a while. In those cases, the message encourages people to reply, explaining why the member considers the infraction to be unjustified, but even so, if a member attempts to do that, they will be met with this message:This infraction is worth 1 point(s) and may result in restricted access until it expires. Serious infractions will never expire. Reply to this message only if you feel that the infraction is unjustified.

2. - Including colons in all smiley quotes.
This matter is far less important, but seeing as it tends to be a tad annoying at times, I thought I might as well address this one while I'm at it.
A lot of people on the site aren't used to using emoticons in their posts on this site, and while of course it can be a very useful addition to the site for some, I think it's rather odd that the codes for some of the emoticons are used through bits of text instead of text placed between colons. It's a bit hard to explain, so I'll include an example:
Example said:This Lol emote is used by writing the text Lol, instead of it being used through simply writing
This obviously isn't much of a big deal, but the fact still stands that for some members [Me included], it's quite annoying to deal with random emoticons accidentally showing up in your texts without you intending to include them. I myself have often found myself in situations where I've been arguing with a person, and instead of the text appearing like this:
I'll find myself being stuck with this:Lol, are you serious?
Mhmm, I agree.
Like I said, no big deal, but I thought I might as well include it while I'm at it, seeing as it tends to be a tad annoying at times. It simply seems like creating codes between colons [Example: , :hmm:,] would be a simpler and more sensible way for members to put emotes in their posts, while at the same time avoiding members accidentally including emotes in their posts.Lol, are you serious?
Mhmm, I agree.
Inb4 Disable smileys button: I'm aware of the term, but at times people will find themselves in situations where they actually feel like including emotes in their text, but aren't interested in having faces like this: hmm Popping up in their posts.
