Two minor suggestions I had in mind, nothing huge, so I thought I might as well squeeze it into one thread.

1 - Regularly clearing the PM Space of the NarutoBase Bot/Increasing the quota.

When a member receives an infraction, he will receive a PM alongside of it elaborating on the infraction, explaining the reason for it, the severity, etc. The quote below is a part of the PM received.
This infraction is worth 1 point(s) and may result in restricted access until it expires. Serious infractions will never expire. Reply to this message only if you feel that the infraction is unjustified.
Obviously, in most cases the infraction will always be justified. But of course, the moderators on this site are only human, and that being the case, mistakes are bound to happen once in a while. In those cases, the message encourages people to reply, explaining why the member considers the infraction to be unjustified, but even so, if a member attempts to do that, they will be met with this message:
You must be registered for see images
Which honestly just seems ridiculous. In the case of an unjustified infraction, the one receiving it will now be forced to VM/PM a staff member, but then again, the fact comes into play that the member won't have any idea which staff member sent the infraction. So in the end, a situation would be created where normal members would be going to Admins or G-Mods just to complain about matters that could be easily solved simply by clearing the Bot's inbox, or by increasing the amount of PMs it can store at a time. I may be missing out on something here, but frankly, it seems to be a lot simpler way to deal with situations like that.

2. - Including colons in all smiley quotes.

This matter is far less important, but seeing as it tends to be a tad annoying at times, I thought I might as well address this one while I'm at it.

A lot of people on the site aren't used to using emoticons in their posts on this site, and while of course it can be a very useful addition to the site for some, I think it's rather odd that the codes for some of the emoticons are used through bits of text instead of text placed between colons. It's a bit hard to explain, so I'll include an example:
Example said:
This Lol emote is used by writing the text Lol, instead of it being used through simply writing

This obviously isn't much of a big deal, but the fact still stands that for some members [Me included], it's quite annoying to deal with random emoticons accidentally showing up in your texts without you intending to include them. I myself have often found myself in situations where I've been arguing with a person, and instead of the text appearing like this:
Lol, are you serious?
Mhmm, I agree.
I'll find myself being stuck with this:
Lol, are you serious?
Mhmm, I agree.
Like I said, no big deal, but I thought I might as well include it while I'm at it, seeing as it tends to be a tad annoying at times. It simply seems like creating codes between colons [Example: , :hmm:,] would be a simpler and more sensible way for members to put emotes in their posts, while at the same time avoiding members accidentally including emotes in their posts.

Inb4 Disable smileys button: I'm aware of the term, but at times people will find themselves in situations where they actually feel like including emotes in their text, but aren't interested in having faces like this: hmm Popping up in their posts.

I agree to both. The first doesn't apply to me normally, but yes, it is important.

Definitely agree to the second, random smileys popping up can make me look more of a retard than I already am. You can always add the [noparse] tags around your text, or disable smileys, but aint nobody got time fo' dat.

For your second suggestion you can simply go to "Go Advanced" to disable smiles in posts.
For your first, I really don't know, but you can PM another moderator about it to fix your problem. To me, NB Bot sounds like a mod with no job in handling arguments.

I already addressed that in the thread.

But the fact is, a member won't have any idea which mod to contact, which in the end will force them to hit up an Admin or a G-Mod for something that could so easily be handled by simply clearing the PM space of the bot.

I'll forward the 2nd to the admins as only they can change that. As for the first suggestion, when you have an issue with an infraction, you pm a global moderator or a moderator of the section from which you received the infraction.

About the bot that's the point of it being a bot, if we increase the amount of PM storage people can waste their time writing to it as it is not a human being so there is no point in doing that.

About the smileys however is something we can change and I think that it's just been like that forever and nobody ever had a problem with it. Either way I'll add it to my todo list and see when I'll have time over to fix it.
