Ok the main purpose was to see how you would do this.

One of the main abilities with the sharingan is that you can break Visual genjutsu. At 2 tomoe you can break up to C rank visual genjutsu. You're pupil or the extra one is the one that is going to help you do this. Simply in a rp sense force chakra into your eyes and pierce through the illusion. You don't feel it... you just do it...

I would see an image or an impression of your punch aiming at my face before you made the punch. Depending on the speed of course, then I could either move out the way or prepare for a counter. All of this would happen in a split second of course. (I'm referring to Naruto and Sasuke's fight where Sasuke could see pre-images of Naruto's attacks before he did them with his 2T)

Okay so not bad.....

Just one note and it's important because you could mis-use it if i don't tell you this one note.

You can not react to something that you are not fast enough to react to.

You can and should see things slower. Doesn't mean that the "time" is altered in anyway. You just see it slower and can predict movements based off twitching etc ...

So If you have 2T and watch someone in 4th or 5th gate. You could see them or track them. BUT if you don't have the right training, doesn't mean you can react to their movements.

Get it?

It's like watching things in slow motion, you wanting to react to it fast enough to not get hit, but you actually don't move fast enough and get hit while looking at someone trying to hit you.

This is the important part because many thing that they can just simply react to something that is coming at a fast pace where they can't move out of it that fast. They just see it coming.

And through sparring with my village mates and talking I discovered the 'secrets' of Sharingan tracking versus reacting. Thanks for the ultra clarification though, and I found out I can track a Sage Taijutsu user with meh 1T at Sannin level O^O.

Ok I learned that with Sharingan active over all I am able to see chakra of my opponents, this can be crucial when it comes to tracking them or trying to decipher a clone from the actual person. Although, it may not be as accurate as the Byakugan. On the same subject as chakra with the 2T I am able to see and break through C ranked and below Genjutsu techniques, but not just any Genjutsu- visual Genjutsu. This still follows some logic in realization of the Genjutsu however and doesn't act like a get out of jail free card.

And lastly, on the matter of physical interaction with the 2T I am able to see minor and movement decisive twitches in my opponent's muscles and limbs, this will give me the upper advantage in determining what they are about to do with their body or said limb. Again, logic applies and tracking with the 2T isn't the same as reacting. Meaning, even if I can track someone faster than me doesn't mean I can necessarily react to their attacks. For a reaction I would need to prepare before hand as it would be physicall impossible for my body to keep up with their speed at the last moment.

This portion is bothering me. Explain or elaborate on this.

A clone, even though being a exact copy externally of its creator its internal structure of chakra is actually different in that it isn't as much, looking like half of the regular chakra levels. In fact, I'm beginning to think the Sharingan ad Rinnegan cannot tell the difference between Shadow Clones and the real thing.

Here's why:
Madara couldn't see it was a wood clone and got blind sided.
Pein's Asura body couldn't tell Kakashi nor Konohamaru's clone
Itachi couldn't tell Kakashi was using a clone until after putting it in Tsukuyomi
Neither could Obito during his fight with Naruto.

Those are just a few, but it seems in this here RP Sharingan can see through Shadow Clones so my best bet would be if not seeing its chakra flow is by looking at the chakra signatures...
