Definitely How I met your Mother, no doubt there.
Two and a Half Man is funny, however not really special. It's just normal humor. However HIMYM is just hilarious and original. Not to mention extremely detailed. Also the entire concept is quite unique. But above it has the best oneliners =DD
I mean things like Slapsgiving and Barney's personality/quotes/behavior are just awesome. I've never met someone on NB here who actually mimics someone from TAAHM, however I've seen countless impressions of HIMYM.

I officially fell in love with Caliburn. Someone who actually knows How I Met Your Mother.
And I have to say, How I Met Your Mother.
I've always loved it, have the Books, a Bro Corde Shirt, Barney's Awesomeness Poster and I've seen every Season more than 3 times. (1 - 4) And the other more than 2 times. I just love the show, I love every Character and how the show is developing. Damn, I can't wait for September, finally. . . Season 7. And after that we get even two more seasons!
