Hey! Thanks for the awsome tutorial! I have a question though, everything went great until this last step, when I convert the image using the steps you provided, my sig comes out in lower quality. Do you know why this might be happening or is this just normal?

Yup, that is supposed to happen. gif images are never high quality.

Colour Dithering helps keep some of the images quality, but it'll still be low quality.

If you want, you can skip that step and see if you like the result
