(Kirigakure No Jutsu)-Hidden Mist Jutsu

Descripton: Covers area in a mist that can be thick.

Description: the user create a circular motion ring around the user wrist that ends at your palm in a shape of a dragon's head and then creates a bow in the other hand. As the user shoots the arrows that r shape at the tip part as a dragon's head. i am using up that ring but as long as there is water around i could never run out....but when it hits a target it encases itself around it until it is frozen solid
