The problem was, Tsunade was concerned about the shinobi and instead of fighting(what she should have done) she decided to heal all the fodder chuunin ninja and the few jonin in the village. Minato, Hashi, Tobi, and Rikuzen would have all stopped Pain right in his tracks once he entered the village, preventing him from getting impatient and using the almighty push.

He wins easily if he has intel and knows to cut her head off. If he doesnt he slits her throat, she may or may not get a surprise hit because he thinks she is dead and activates her seal to heal her wound.

You realize that you activate that sensor ability and its not a constant thing. If he thinks she is dead he is not going to sense her chakra in that moment.
Either way that situation happens in seconds. So if he slits her throat her presence wont immediately disappear.
Give me a break with this! We were supposed to have a Pein vs. Tsunade showdown but we didn't because Kishimoto was commanded something else, so next time better find out other excuses.

Yea she is quite fast I notice how in part 1 when she denied Oro she attacked him and was above him fairly quickly comming down for a kck

I guess, in the same fight, Madara said for Tsunade: She is slower than Raikage but physically stronger than him.

Which is why I said hers and Sakura body flicker technique should be deadly, and put shishu to shame
I don't know why people deny Tsunade's feats. :|
I mean, it just makes sense that her leaps are really fast, since she is strong as hell. She's one of the best characters in closing distances, which renders most long range characters useless against her.

This is a rip off of one of my buddies thread from another fourm I'm on but yes it is true and Tusnade speed is criminally underrated.
Tsunades speed feats in part 1 though are more than enough for her to easily compete with the top tiers but because she is tsunade and sakura is her student, scrubs will act like its not valid.

Actually, she's slower than the average kage level shinobi, i guess that's why she's constantly underrated.
What other readers fail to understand is that any shinobi can use shunshin and be faster than they really are for a second, and that she's much more than a healing and simple punching machine.
Combine her unimpresive movement speed with her apparently random taijutsu and usual lack of strategy and there's a great character to underrate (as far as feats go of course, this base is afraid of portrayal for some reason).

You just proved Tsunade was capable of locomotion, not anything indicating speed. Madara's inability to react was due to three other Kage pressuring him, not Tsunade's speed. Madara already reacted to Tsunade teleporting in front of him due to Mabui's technique.

These scans aren't consecutive. The scene changes prior to it going back to the Kage battle, and anything could have happened in that interval. The fact that it was a clone further diminishes this, considering it was Madara's intention all along to feint them with that Mokuton clone.
The other Kages don't have the benefit of Byakugo replenishing their body and each have been fighting for longer than Tsunade has. Implying Tsunade is faster than the Raikage is just about as thick as implying Sakura is faster than Sasuke and Naruto because they were "not fast enough" to stop her from bum-rushing Madara and getting impaled.
She isn't slow if you compare her to Chunin, of course. Even then, people like VoTE Sasuke are probably faster than her, or at the very least equal.
Compare her to any Jonin level or higher fighter, and yes, she is easily among the slowest. The only Kage that are slower than her are old Hiruzen (plagued by old age) and Gaara (who isn't even a mobile fighter), and even then, they only rank half a tier below her. She ties with Hidan, if you consider him Jonin level. Other than that, every single S-ranked fighter that has a DB stat shames her in the speed department.
And before you say "she might have improved between now and DB3," I'll tell you its extremely unlikely. Since the release of DB3, she has been (1) in a coma / recovering, (2) laying on the ground bisected, and (3) in a cocoon.
