NO I know that Dan does love her, alot, it was pretty much confirmed in the manga, but Im just saying i think Jirayah's affections for her is stronger, because it was there from childhood and would only grow stronger, but he never really had the chance to explore them and never will. lol. But Dan loves her alot too
