of course earth element.. every who has descendant of Senju Clan has Earth element possession..

not because she can launch her targets several meters with a mere finger flick, or cause gigantic craters with a simple punch or kick to the ground, it means she is rock element though...
but because of very great control of chakra that's why she can do it...like sakura......

but everyone can do this if they have this kind of ability,..
not like much but we can compare lee and guy they can also easily destroy rock or earth through opening the 8gate (then they become very destructive but it does not mean) they are rock or earth kind element.......

tsunade was presumed to be lightning element because...if u just remember her fight with Kabuto on which she suddenly tack his back with her hand then suddenly his body fuctioned switched.. her chakra was converted into electric waves(This then scrambles the electric signals within them and disrupts the way their body moves, such as attempting to move the right hand would cause the left leg to move instead, and so on).. something that no one can perform even they are lightning type ninja


that's why she is presumed to be lightning based ninja..tooo far from earth or rock type user huh!
