Well, as you know I've long held the position that Tsunade is capable of regrowing limbs, as the viz translation makes that claim. And since we've seen on numerous occasions her heal damaged organs, and watched Katsuyu put her body back together, it always seemed in the realm of possibility to me.

You're right though, the real question is based on feats how long can she keep regenerating, I feel like that really is the hardest question, because in part 2 we haven't really gotten to see her use her chakra pool on herself.
In the pain incident, in order to protect the villagers she poured the entirety of her chakra pool into Katsuyu, and that was after treating several severely injured shinobi with remote healing
In the gokage battle, the first portion of her chakra went towards healing the gokage and refilling their respective chakras. As she filled everyone's except for Ay's chakra there, before joining the fray and having to use the byakugou seal to regenerate from 3 susanoo swords, yasaka magatamas, and Madara's Katons, in addition to powering Oonoki's Jinton, and what ever happened off-screen.

Post-gokage battle, this is actually probably the most interesting feat, Karin who is use to people taking massive chakra, Sasuke, for instance, complains about the amount of chakra Tsunade is taking. Tsunade then uses that chakra to have Katsuyu reattach her. She heals all other members of the Gokage. According to Oonoki, at the point that perfect Susanoo had made its reveal they were all about to run out of chakra, so Tsunade gave them all more chakra. She healed Shikamaru from chakra depletion, then aided in summoning 1/10 of Katsuyu, and actively treated members of the SA who were having their chakra sucked out.

The nature of Tsunade's feats doesn't lend well into determining how much chakra she can actually use on self-healing

Only the "feat wankers" denied this, and the ones who claimed to know more about a character's technique than the character itself.

What people fail to realize is.. she already regenerated her back bone/stomach and so on already..

But yea she had already stated this with the genisis rebirth here

When madara lost an arm against bijuus he had to attach the arm of a zetsu despite having hashirama healing, if he could grow an arm then he would have (tsunade is said to possess the same ability as hashirama) [

Yea, that really is the biggest problem. She clearly has a monster pool being uzumaki, senju and having a well of chakra in her seal, but knowing exactly how much, or even estimating it is the biggest problem...

The problem is many a character had shown impressive healing, it's only tsunade who claimed she could reconstruct limbs. As far as her feats went, they were on par with any other basic restorative medic, with no manga evidence supporting what she claimed she could do. The problem is, what she claimed she could do was farfetched even by manga fact... But, with evidence supporting limb regrowth is possible, it makes this something actually possible.
