what you need to do is concentrate as much lighting chakra into your hand as posible and then release it and if you do this while someone is attacking you with a weaker jutsu it will block it ( i only mean this on lighting jutsus)

* Description:A lightning jutsu which harnesses alot of raw lightning power. The main power of this jutsu is creating long extensions of electricity from the hands. Swinging them around, it tears through the surroundings and creates a massive wave of destruction. Leaving the area in a state like it was torn up by a tornado.

this one is similar too the whip jutsu but now you need to give it more chakra and it need to be more concentrated but now you dont use it too attack the enemy directly .you should spin it around your self and that should tears through the surroundings and creates a massive wave of destruction.and after you do this the area should look like a tornedo torn it up
