War been going on for like 3 to 4/5 day's and Naruto and bee didn't come until nearly the end of the 1st day. Hachibi ran out of chakra on day 2 or 3. Same people that's been fighting day 1 never ran out until they got chakra from Naruto. And as far as i know Kisame never ran out of chakra.

Naruto and Bee came out on the second day and both of them fought in the war even against Tobi for 2 days straight even while handing out chakra to the alliance.
