She even managed to summon 0.5% Katsuyu despite using her seal up to heal from the damage Orochimaru caused her. U_U

Eh? We know for a fact some humans have enough chakra to fight for days, see 3rd raikage. Kisame is probably the closest to "bijuu level" chakra cause he damn near turns into a bijuu(minus the size of course) but it's a pretty apt description of him imo

Gyuki never ran out in half a day. Kisame ran out of chakra once Samedaha defused with him and Ay was done after that short fight with Edo Madara. Even Tsuande had to restore their chakras/stamina before going out.

War been going on for like 3 to 4/5 day's and Naruto and bee didn't come until nearly the end of the 1st day. Hachibi ran out of chakra on day 2 or 3. Same people that's been fighting day 1 never ran out until they got chakra from Naruto. And as far as i know Kisame never ran out of chakra.
