Naruto wins this, it's a shame that everyone's reason is only for Naruto winning is Rasen Shuriken. Shikaku stated to Shikamaru that Naruto was on another level and not Naruto's as strong as the hokage, this was said after Naruto told Tsunade not to let anyone interfer with the fight. This means Naruto was the only one in the village capable of fighting Pain, I understand Tsunade's main focus was protectin the villagers by healing them but she waited until she was out of chakra and the vilage was pretty much destroyed before trying to face Pain.
If I remember right Naruto had 2 clones in the toads and gathering natural chakra, shadow clones splits the chakra evenly among them so Naruto was roughly 1/3 of his full power. So lets say before SM Naruto had 34% of his power while his clones had 33% each, lets say after SM naruto's power ncreased to 68% while his clones incresed to 66%. The end result is Naruto's total 100% would be 200% since he has to balance his chakra with natural chakra to make Sage chakra.
Sage mode Naruto killed one of Pain's bodies(each are high jounin-kage level) with in indirect hit (sage chakra). To me SM Naruto strenght is about even or stronger than Tsunade's. Yes Tsunade can heal herself but Naruto has enhanced endurance, durability, speed, strength, jutsu power increased, and the best sensory ability in the manga so far. Pa toad even said Naruto's recovery rate is heighten (sp?) and won't tire out as fast as he normally would so I don't see how Tsunade can stop to heal herself when a bunch of clones are charging her.
Yes Tsunade has the mark on her forehead but it waste more chakra than normal healing jutsus and the rapid reproduction of her cells shortens her life which is why it's a forbidden jutsu.

yes exactly if naruto went against any uchiha that doesnt have sharnigan sm naruto without kurama been inside him i say sm naruto will win and sm naruto will win against tsunade

even i say kid naruto win beacuse tsunade is heamophobic. she is fking scared with bloods so if naruto or tsunade get hurt and bloods come out then tsunade will be fking paralyzed and scared to death and then naruto can either suck her boobs or kiss tsunade to death.

Actually it is a viable excuse. Kurama is a different entity from Naruto, with a mind of it's own. The Rinnegan is not.

Well, since people say FRS is all he needs let just look at facts
When Neji was fighting Naruto and hit him with 64 Palms. He blocked all of his chakra points ,yet the kyuubi chakra reopened his chakra points.
Let say Naruto manages to hit Tsunade with FRS ok her chakra points are closed, but Tsunade could open her seal and it would heal her chakra points as kyuubi did Narutos.
Also, after the FRS Naruto becomes vulnerable meaning Tsunade could just punch him one time and break all of his bones.

I think it is probably 50/50 after what she has shown recently, all she has to do is let him land a hit on her and grab any part of him she can and he's done for. If Naruto doesn't try to engage in any taijutsu he might win.
