These types of matches bug me because people like Tsunade and Minato people fear them for a reason. Really entire armies are told to run a first sight on Minato but we never seen what i think anything close to their full skill set. So that these matches are never in their favor.

Oh and I'm going with Tsunade. Cus there never been a hokage that been weak especially one relate to the first and is as close to being unkillable in battle as Tsunade.

ypu cannot judge ppl based on the power u assume they have tsunade has never shown a thing that would make her a match for a so until she does she is not its unfortunate cuz i kinda agree with what u say but again u CANNOT judge ppl by the power u think they have

it is major part, yeah, but it is almost impossible to touch him in his armor without having lightining on Chidori level, which Tsunade doesn't have, AND his strength is easily comparable to Tsunade's; i mean, there is quite a good chance that A's strength = Tsunade's

Raikage is probably the most overated kage that has ever existed... Everybody says he's the best current kage but for me he's the worst.
It doesn't matter how fast he is,Tsunade will recover from any damage with the rebirth and has the giant slug to support her.She can increase her strength using chakra(i don't remember the name).Also she's an expert in taijutsu and lasts so much in battles with all her healing techniques.Tsunade will finally be able to hurt him and predict his taijutsu movements.
So Tsunade with high difficulty.
