That blood could very well be Kabuto's. He had just cut his wrist. That wouldn't invalidate the points i made regardeless.

She didn't use Byakugo, she used Mitotic Regeneration when she arrived, after being teleported.

The regeneration takes place after the injury happens. We saw her right after being hit by the magatama, when the wound started regenerating.

Mitotic Regeneration only happens when she uses the jutsu at a given time, makes the seals necessary and a counscious effort to make it happen.
Byakugo is the automatic and continuous effect of Mitotic Regeneration. Doesn't require neither seals nor a conscious effort to make it happen.
They do the same thing but are different.

She bet on her seal to heal her wounds after they arrived so that she could continue to fight 100% ok. What she used wasn't Byakugo.
Its Reverse Lotus, not extreme ._. (thx anyway xD). I covered that on my last post along with a counter.

The wound is clearly visible after she gets up. Look more attentively.

i thought her seal was restricted, i doubt she can react in the brief time window between lee kicking her in the face and getting pulled back up by the string but it is possible, "lee stomps" was my first impression of the fight and if this is tsunade's only chance than it is understandable
